A 700 dps weapon with an open socket and 100int is significantly better than an 800 dps weapon though. The near perfect attack speed and LoH are merely bonuses.

Remembered wrongly. 800+ dps weapons are going for 50k. It's higher than I quoted, but it's not the millions that some people are making them out to be.

Your hp is rather low so you might aswell continue going glasscannon, if not, swap out gear for more +vit and +resist while keeping damage stats the same or higher. For more glasscannon action, your belt, chest and mojo are in most need of an upgrade. If you don't have 100 million gold to spend it will be impossible to get a significant amount of hp+resists and high dps, so just forsake survivability in favor of damage and use spirit walk and spirit vessel to survive long enough. You can also go for a middle ground of say 35k hp and 300+ resists, this will ensure you don't get oneshot even in act 4, but again it is very expensive to couple this with high dps. So assuming just dps:
Belt: Replace with another one with better stats
Chest, pants: replace with ones that have 3/2 sockets and slap Topazes in there, upgraded as high as you can.
Rings, amulet: This will be very expensive, but replace with rares with more stats, keeping max IAS
Mojo: replace with one with higher +dmg, this is THE most important stat you need to max out because of high attack speed and will be your biggest instantaneous damage increase
When I say better stats here, it means get the highest INT you can, and look for +dmg (on rings and amu's, with max IAS), and the rest get more +crit% and +critdmg. You can also look for a weapon with more damage and an innate attack speed increase, this will give you more damage as it scales with attack speed, but keep in mind that you need enough mana regen to not oom yourself with high attack speeds, so get +12 on mojo or the weapon (or some on both) aswell.

Edit: Forgot to mention Americas server. Your weapon needs improvement. Search for 1 handed daggers and ceremonial knives with 22%+ increased attack speed. A 1.88 attack speed dagger of the same dps as your wep would increase your attack speed by 58 ALONE which is more than all that attack speed gear you have been stacking. With your attack speed gear, that new weapon speed would bring you near 2.9 attacks per second and give you at least 10k dps more. I managed to get a good attack speed dagger for 800k but that was kinda a steal. You have to check the AH every 5 mins because the daggers/ceremonial knives sell so fast. This is what I don't understand: what's the point of having 2.8+ attacks per second if each attack does next to nothing? Isn't the 22% increased attack speed already factored in to the weapon dps? If I can find a weapon on the AH with the same dps but higher attack speed, doesn't it simply mean that it attacks faster but less hard? I know the advantages of high attack speed are faster reaction time and less overkill (but splinters don't overkill a ton). Disadvantages are lower damage from zombie bear spam and greater mana drain. So what's the idea compromise between these factors?
The reason you want a fast weapon is because attack speed is a amazingly good stat. Yes, without any other attack speed items you will do the same damage wielding a slow wep rather than a fast one. BUT you can get double the benefit out of the already OP attack speed stat if you get a fast weapon.

I changed my Damage yesterday from ~15k to ~32k... All i did was buying CHEAP (~100k) Rings with Int/Ias and (not so cheap) Gloves (500k) with massive Int/Ias... And on top of that i also have 4-5k HP more (now about 29k)....
I still have no IAS on the Amulet (but its other stats are beastly) and my weapon is just "blue" 880 DPS 1 Hander and a blue 100-395 Offhand... But these will require some money to replace with serious Upgrades

That offhand isnt too bad actually. Wish I could get those rings for 100k , when I check they are 700k or up :s

I went to 35k dps and I didn't buy a single item over 80k gold. And this was a week ago, should be even cheaper now. Only my weapon would be expensive but I found it myself (900dps 1h +120 int). To get further upgrades for me will be expensive though.

Don't forget about the 15% transaction fee. If he sells it at 18 million he's only getting 15.3 million (a loss), if he sells at 20 million he's only earning 1.25 million. That's if he actually manages to sell the item.
