Wyrdward says proc stun on "damage" whereas Paralysis passive says "spells". Therefore, all skills/spells from Wizard could proc Paralysis and Wyrdward stuns, but hits from Fulminator or TF or SoH would not proc Paralysis, right? For wiz lightning "spells", the chance for a stun is not combined/added like Wyrdward % + Paralysis %, right? They are separate rolls like on a freeze build? On lightning spell hit, there's a chance for Paralysis to proc... if it doesn't, then there's another chance for Wyrdward to proc. I guess it doesn't matter which one goes first, but I imagine Paralysis probably is first proc chance. SoH is now tied to on-hit proc chance of each skill. So primaries like Electrocute (and have low proc rate on all runes) are bad for SoH. Shock pulse Piercing orb is 0.770, whereas Living Lightning is 0.054. So basically, Shock Pulse PO is the only worthwhile primary for SoH charged bolt effect? God that is terrible. I followed the bnet thread on how they shouldn't have tied SoH to on-hit proc, but I think it went nowhere so we are stuck with that for now. | ||

Gambling belts should be much higher odds at getting what you want than weapons. Blizzard has said that they want to change how weapon gambling works and at least make it so that you can't get anything unusable by your class. I know the feeling about it seeming like a crapshoot though, I still haven't found a triumvirate at all and I'm dumping all my shards into sources. How are you liking Scramble, or was it just a random experiment? | ||

winterflurry and frostburn are top tier rarity in their item slot. you need apoc or something to get ap too and that takes up some roll slots. | ||

somehow, all my godly drops are firebased. i also got an excellent 2missles mirrorball, if that plays a role. currently, im using an arcane spec with full archon set... dont really see how a fire spec can beat that without wand of woh abuse.. | ||

Skill Calculator Link Edit: Gale Force I use meteor but have been experimenting with Energy Twister/Gale Force sometimes. For elites with waller or in generally tight areas, you can fire off a lot of Twister and they can stack up quickly. If you have APOC gear, it is significantly more efficient than with Meteor , which I find does not give you much AP back even on large groups of trash mobs. | ||
