As weird as it sounds you are doing more damage at 2.74 50%cc with 60k dps than at 2.51 45% with 80k dps, more ap back wich means more twisters while u get more cm procs which accelerate ur booms amd shards and more sa procs, which means more effective dps even though ur paper dps is smaller. I have actually switched my high int stormcrow for a cc one, lost 3k dps but im actually killing stuff faster because that extra 4.5cc.

3nickma, i actually use wicked wind to get achon back up very quickly, actually when archon drops i can get it back up with the next pack of whites before they are even dead. but you need sick ias and cc for that to work and that is always a hit to dps. I prefer to run 110k dps unbuffed at 2.76 aps and 54%cc so i can refresh it like that than running 140k dps unbuffed with just under 2 aps and 45%cc with ls... but that shit is expensive if you want to have some sort of defence.

In all honesty the best build for soloing MP1-3 is Archon build there is nothing faster for a Wiz i swap to this just for that purpose.
Now in terms of soloing MP4-10 CM/WW is best/fastest if u have high dps.

Well gear wize...In order for this build to work to the best of it's ability, You should focus on very fast ias + high cc. You should have ias on every single piece of gear you can squeeze it on w/o sacraficing too much defense. The only problem with this CM/WW build is that it's extremely expensive to get very high dps w/ very high cc w/ very high dps lol.

So in your case if you do want to get chantodos Will...the 1 w/ ias is better for u and a lot cheaper..a socketed one can be somewhat expensive.

First, upgrade ur gems...That's an ez one. Star's cost maybe 500k tops.
Helm: cc stormcrow...best way 2 go don't change that 1
Shoulders: Vile wards are great choice. You could squeeze some vit on here but that's when they start becoming expensive.
Amulet: Nice good high cc, see if you can find 1 w/ IAS on there I am not sure of jewerly prices these days.
Gloves: Perfect trifecta you can never go wrong. Prolly the last piece of gear that you will upgrade.
Chest: Tal's chest is perfect for the build but wow can you use a huge upgrade w/ it if you wanted. But that's when they become expensive. Even one w/ like 140int/90vit/50AR would be extremely helpful though in raising DPS + vit.
Bracers: High CC that's great, has good vit you def need that! Low AR but it's okay. I wouldn't upgrade these if ur gold % is low.
Belt: I know on US servers, a belt like this 140int/140vit/80AR is only like 5-10m since I sold one last week. I don't know ur gold amount but upgrading this belt might be a little pricey for you but AR will help you drastically w/ survability if u choose not go w/ a Witching Hour.
Pants: Perfect, high vit + high AR, can't go better. When your able to sacrafice some defense, innas temperance are the best pants in my opinion for this build.
Rings: Nice high cc, +avg dmg, good for raising dps. I am not sure of ur current attacks per second speed though. One of these might be better replaced w/ a high cc + atk speed % ring though just for the little extra umph.
Boots: Will def do the job. Not really needed to upgrade at this time.
Source: Will get the job done, in future when you get some gold if u want, Chantodos Force w/ APOC is best source in the game for CM Wiz in my opinion esp if u go w/ Chantodos Will
Weapon: def need of replacement, even a Wizardspike I feel would be better used then this weapon. High dps but extremely too slow and no arcane on crit? Not worth it one bit, this is ur biggest problem right here.
