I think a chantandos force would give me a good dps boost and the needed attack speed. But one with APoC seems very expensive. (Need it when I don't want to give up on andariels)
Or where can i invest to boost my All ress. I would like to get rid of energy armor but have not enough all res to do so.
@KrazyTrumpet: wtf? I farm all acts on mp3 with way worse equip. maybe switch to prismatic armor for a better all res.

You should first of all upgrade ur pants/chest (rly bad) and boots. None of them are giving you good stats and only your chest is giving u AR.

Living Lightning damage is kind of irrelevant for Archon build imo. It is like archon for 1-2 minutes - Living Lightning for 10 seconds - archon for 1-2 minutes cycle at worst. The trick is, when you are out of archon you need to move around to find a crowded group rather than standing still and spamming LL.

Okay, so here is my current Wizard. http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/Yttrasil-2655/hero/425414 I have full mf with my follower when running solo and archon build, where I've found that MP2 is perfect and I maybe die 2 times in a run, while I almost constantly maintain archon form with teleport rune.
When I play with teammates, I switch out my lacuni for a more tanky experience as well as a blackthorne belt with very high mf and other stats for full mf and tankiness, as I then with these 2 items switch can run CC/CM build without any trouble and very high damage, as I have both loh and life steal and apoc. Additionally, the fastest way to get archon again is to be running high apoc as then ww is way better than the options.
What I wonder is, just what the hell am I supposed to upgrade next(except my hellfire ring) I have no clue, have 100 mil+ to spend, getting a slightly better lacuni for that much cannot be worth it, the amulet possibly for archon build but it provides such nice tankiness and mf I have a hard time arguing against changing it. So just wth should I get, cannot come up with anything even slightly decent to upgrade even for 100 mil, or is there something I missed? Please help me out, getting abstinence just from having all the money laying around doing nothing... Kikikaki build seems perfect for archon and solo, but I don't have the req level for high mf if so, neither will I be able to run CM/CC build with it.

What should I look for my chest? When I search for something like 140 int 70 AR and 3 sockets I just get zuni chest and some other overpriced stuff...
Also my pants give a lot of int and vit and I need the vit to keep up my life...
Boots is self found and not much worth so i just put it on. I might find something better there.

Why not upgrade yours gems and also for 100 million u might find a better weapon

I run the Alkaizer build I believe it's currently unmatched still.
-Start @ Azmodan core entrance. run back to the wp.
-Tower of the damned 1 do full circle back to wp.
-Arreat crater 2 TP @ the end.
-Bridge do full circle back to WP.
-Keeps level 2 full clear.
I do this run on MP4 solo takes me around 10-15mins w/ storm armor on. I gain around 12-14m experience with 31% bonus gem & 35% Hellfire ring.

Hey, I just started playing again (I've stopped for a few months ago) and realized that most of my gears are now outdated or just plain bad

I've tried a bunch of Mp3-5 yesterday with brother and friends. I'm able to tank. Basically, my DPS is so low that I probably don't account for much except for some utility : time bubble and my frost nova (the rest of my party deal about 100k dps)
They gave me 50 mil so that I can find some upgrades. What should I aim for?
(my brother bought me a new weapon, but since I'm at school, I haven't changed it yet)
Also, I've found an IK belt (199 strength, 2.80% dmg dealt into health, all resist and some vita, 15 max fury, and 5 fury for rend or something like that). How much are those worth?

I feel like your commitment to the Blackthorne's set is really hurting your DPS, and with Archon getting to that 110k DPS mark or higher really makes a huge difference. For example, a decent Tal Rasha's chest would give you a damage boost, although that's a sick blackthorne's chest. Likewise you're giving up about 90 int on your boots over a nice rare that would have 160 int, some vit, 60+ AR and movespeed, and compared to a nice Zuni's boot with the bonus poison damage you're REALLY selling yourself short. Also, not having crit damage on your weapon is really gimping your DPS. A nice rare with int, socket, crit damage and lifesteal, even if it was only around 950 DPS would be a damage boost. Echoing fury is good for attack speed, but with archon attack speed is sort of irrelevant. Also, stormcrow is good for crit mass builds, but for archon you just want raw damage. Since you're already getting AP on crit from your source, do you really need another source of it on your helm? You could get a nice Andariel's with a socket and get more of a damage boost. Once you have enough dps, the only lifegain you really need is the lifesteal on your weapon, so dropping LoH on other items is less of a big deal.

First of all IMO high MF is somewhat overrated...I have around 100% base MF and I find legendaries frequently ESPECIALLY with the new drop rates. I also farm MP3-4 so I get the increased MF find as well. If you're going mass dps archon. Drop the blackthornes...truly...garbage set for an archon wiz..When I was rolling my orb/hydra I loved it for the life regen + GF/MF. But for archon you need raw power. As stated by fellow wizards.
Tal rasha's chest is unmatched when it comes to pure dps added.Or stick with the blackthornes chest it's fine regardless.
The weapon is a must needed upgrade...You can find a nice weapon w/ the lifesteal + socket for the extra crit dmg for a huge dps boost. if you want to keep the trium that's fine your going to need a black weapon then.
Drop the blackthornes boots ASAP those are terrrrrrrible for you don't even have AR on them. Get Zunimassa's.
Yet again the blackthornes pants...GOTTA GO ASAP. No AR on them if you want max dps..Get yourself a nice pair of Inna's temps...or just some basic int/vit/AR pants.
Your ammy isn't bad but for a huge dps boost you need CRIT dmg.
The helm...holy crap gotta go. If you want to stick with the stormcrow swap it out for a cc one for some extra dps.
As for the HF ring...jesus farm a new one lol that one is terrible on the roll. Lacuni's are cool and all but CC lacuni's are overrated IMO. But if you want to be a bit more tankier youre going to have ditch them.

dear people, from my calculations I get slightly more experience per hour on MP1 than MP2 with 180k dps teleport archon. So unless you want to get that extra mf in mp3-4 mp1 and mp2 is the way to go for faster experience by a lot

I run the same build and I complete mp2 same speed as mp1 it's rediculously easy same as pre-patch why would u not go for the extra MF @ mp3?

Makes no sense...if I clear MP1 and MP3 at the same rate and MP3 has higher Bonus XP? Granted the extra maybe 3-4 seconds per elite. It still wouldn't make much of a notable difference...Maybe 1m exp per 10-15 runs? Not too drastic for me to resort even going back to MP1 for the "extra" bonus exp

I mean, if you're going for pure xp, sure MP1 as fast as possible seems to be the way to go. But if you're looking for drops as well, why would you not do the higher MP levels? Yeah, maybe you don't clear as fast and your XP/hour suffers a bit, but the extra MF/bonus item chance that you get at the higher MP levels should be a better trade off. Just grinding XP is no fun at all, it's all about dem drops
