I main Wizard and have reached a "temporary" wall in Act 2 Inferno. I'm getting a little bit bored of excessive kiting, so I want to try more kiting with DH instead.
So I'm level 20 now, killing things fast in Normal, but I do intend to go to Inferno with this one. What's the weapon setup you guys use? Looking through the passives available, it seems like 2-hand bow are best? Are other people using 2 hand crossbows or even the 2-hand crossbow? It seems like quivers are too good to pass up too...
I know until Inferno it probably doesn't matter what my items/builds are, but I'd like to start preparing as soon as I can.

They have a higher rate of attack, and also allow for something other than a quiver. But you want a quiver, it's just better than a shield by attributes, period.
I'd recommend a high damage (900+) 1-hand bow, otherwise 2-hand bow with quiver that includes Max Discpline, and perhaps dex, crit chance and damage. All quivers come with attack rate, so look for 14+.
1-handers make it easier for you to kite. Also the higher attack rate means certain skills will be shot off more - chance to stun/silence and arrows that hit multiple times (nether tentacles), will mean ur DPS will be greatly increased (even tho it won't be shown), compared to the same DPS with lower attack rate from a 2 hand bow.

Do you mean 1 hand crossbow? So equip that with quiver? And yeah I have a Level 40 Barb in Nightmare and shield is priority over anything else, so I assumed that quivers would be a must too for DH.

Get tyrel to beast mode it up. I use caltraps but alot of other people i know run impale for some regen, I can usually get elites to half hp or lower with one full ss prep combo and my dps isnt that great. U can always let tyrel smack on them while u wait for your prep cd for another combo

The best way is to get them stuck on Tyrael if you're unable to kill them normally. You might just not have enough gear though.

When looking at xbow stats, is it better to buy one with increased attack speed or +x% dmg? Also if buying a 1 hander, do you dual wield or use a shield?

You need both to get high dps and you should always go with a quiver.

Hey guys, I just reached act1on inferno, bought a nice bow on the AH cause everyone was telling me to do so and made my way trought abusing smoke screen. I reached the spider cave (god i hate this place) and found a golden small spider in it with horde reflect damage, extra hp and some other things i don't remember. Thing is, i don't think they had the fast attribute but still were insainly quick and with the reflect damage i found myself just killing myself. I really felt like i had nothing and just closed diablo3... Any one of you got tips to deal with reflect damage mobs? Also does it happen to you to get vs a monster with a bad combination of attributes and just restart the quest? invulnerable minion, reflect damage, fast, mortar bs make it really hard to progress sometimes..

Invulnerable minions. As long it's not Invulnerable Minion with Horde Evasive fire/Covering fire will be able to magically take down the boss with it's always hit 3 target regardless where they are ability.

I have a decent life on hit bow i found with a socket i use for reflect dmg mobs, then just time your SS and nether spam well..idk if im doing the ideal way though lol

Smokescreen blocks reflect damage. What I do is keep running around til smokescreen is up, then dps as much as I can while smokescreened. Repeat.

Definitely not the proper way tho

You can throw two impales during a smokescreen. If you're lucky they'll get crits and take a nice chunk out of the enemy. Repeat as discipline allows.
Horde reflect on a super fast sounds restart worthy though. Some things just aren't worth the effort.

I think the worst could be Horde + Immune Minions
|
Currently in inferno and I'm using: hungering arrow (devouring arrow) elemental arrow (nethering temples) caltrops (damage rune) vault (tumble rune) preparation (40 discipline for 5second rune) smoke screen (longer duration thing)
Is there anything I could change? Im particularly not sure about the runes

I've never actually seen that one though. They might have given us a break.

I personally use almost the same build with the exception of Evasive Fire/Covering Fire over Using Hungering/Devouring. Because not having to aim and able to bypass terrain is simply too good to pass up.
