Yeah your DPS is definitely high enough to farm act 3. The only difficulty is survivng (especially vs phasebeasts lol) but definitely doable. Also, you might be able to get some better shoulders for affordable prices. | ||

So that's my brand new DH with about 8 million or so spent on it. I played CM Wizard before but I'm getting tired of just button mashing in Ponyland. Any DH with experience farming Whimsy have any item suggestions I should improve upon or am I good to go? | ||

Fix me up. You can upgrade almost every piece of gear there for under 100k, the gloves and quiver especially can probably be upgraded hugely for under 10k. For example i geared this DH entirely for 130K and its better than yours currently, and this was before quivers got 290dex etc. | ||

Right now because I'm stacking MF I don't have good survivability, if I drop the MF for damage and survivability I'd be able to do act 3 no problems. Whats better for farming? | ||

Your MF variance is significantly greater than mine, though, so I'm not too sure what your ideal farming choice is. | ||

And do you think it is possible to farm is act 3 soon? Couple things. Really no point in using Sharpshooter without any Crit damage... With 6 million, start with your jewelery. Prioritize Crit Damage over Attack speed, especially if you want to keep using Sharpshooter. A weapon with a socket and a big gem with help alot too... but you already have 50 crit damage there, and can pick up a little on gloves, rings and ammys cheaper. With a little more burst in your build, I think you're not far from farming act 3. You have WAY more survivability than me, but just 1/4 the DPS. | ||
