Ok thanks - another quick farming question. Up to now I've been spawning at leorics mansion, running through to get 5 stacks (mbe 30-45 minutes total) then hitting the butcher and restarting the quest. This loses the 5 stacks however, so is this really the most efficient way of farming? I didn't know if there was a way to keep your stacks alive and still redo the mission

No. You have to get your stacks each time.

but i think starting at the cursed hold is faster, just go back to festering wood to finish stack before the warden

Or will it be simply whoever's farmed more PvE wins more PvP? They haven't said yet but I HIGHLY doubt they would let you use your regular gear in PvP. They have never done it like that before in Diablo. They might segment PvP into tiers with standardized gear checks at every tier or something, but that would be it I would think. i still play d2 and i would beg to differ

If I'm dual wielding, and let's say I have life steal on both weapons (3% let's say, the max any weapon can have), does that mean that every time I press attack, I get 6% life steal or only 3% since the weapons alternate?
And yes I know LS is nerfed in inferno, I'm just asking because I'm having this debate with a friend.
Does this also apply to things like crit damage?

Why do some rare items do not show when you filter your search to only include rare items? I see this consistently when searching for weapons.
max buyout 2m, all quality search shows 940 dps rare fist weapon. max buyout 2m, only rare quality search shows 860 dps sword as the highest dps weapon.

for act1 farm i found the best way is to open for warden, clear cave of the moon clan, then go to northern highlands wp, check for watchtower, then go for warden and butcher. i think the 2 chests worth the +5 min.

Thank god for this thread. Heres a few quick questions from an Act 3 Hell Monk that I hope are easy for you guys to answer:
- Does using a follower (say, the Templar) lower EXP or Gold gain?
- Does the AH (gold or RMAH) take a discount when you list the auction or when it sells?
- Is there are Resistance Stat that is either more common or less used in Ineferno Gameplay? Or do monks with OwE just have to bite the bullet and pick one resist semi-randomly?

1. No
2. AH takes a %age of the selling price (I think 15%) so if you sell item for 100, buyer pays 100, you get 85.
3. Resistance stat is essential for inferno play. Very approximately, 1 resist all = 10 armor.

Does the Rain of Corpses Rune for Grasp of the Dead replace the Slow or is it an addition?
It doesn't say "instead of" and that Rune would make it into a slightly worse Blizzard, while by replacing it, it would be utter crap.

how does arcane dynamo interact with hydra? does the hydra get the full dmg bonus for its duration? just the first shot? nothing at all?

Does switching all your gear to boost Magic Find before killing boss actually works ??

Could someone show me a kick ass DH build? I'm currently on normal and planning going inferno, I would prefer a build that is reliable throughout all difficulty levels. Also, should I try to explore all the little corners of the map during my first normal playthrough or am I just wasting my time

Where the fuck do I find the godforsaken screenshot folder? After all my knowledge my wisdom led me this path yet it was all in vain. I pledge veneration to this place, thus I beg for aid.

It should be in a folder exactly where you're looking. Diablo III > Screenshots. D3 Prefs is a text document in the same folder.
