Which offensive skills/skill combinations do you think are the best for each class at lvl10-13? How do they work?

Hope that made sense, not played Diablo's previously. And I've never liked grinding up professions.

I think I heard that before and thought it really sucked because I´d play diablo with more then 3 friends probably. The D3 Team has not yet committed to a maximum game size for Diablo III. The issue is still open to debate, but the developers have said 4 or 5 characters will likely be the maximum. This is a drop from the 8 allowed in Diablo II games, and it's entirely due to gameplay, rather than technical issues. http://www.diablowiki.net/Multiplayer

Characters in D3 only see items that they can pick up; there's no more ninja looting teleporting Sorceresses, no more melee specialists grabbing all the goodies, etc. In D3 when items are dropped, they can only be seen by the character who can pick them up. Most normal monsters will only drop one (if any) items, and drop rates per player should be about the same as they were in D2, although on the whole more items will fall. Boss monsters will drop multiple items each time, so that every player in the game gets something. It's not yet determined how much item drops will be customized; in theory a Barbarian might find a wand and an orb, while the Witch Doctor got an axe and heavy plate armor. Or the D3 team might make drops more appropriate for the character who sees them; no class-specific items for other classes would drop for your character, for instance. As of BlizzCon 2008, the D3 team talked about item drops being randomly distributed, so there might not be any customization of appropriate drops at all. http://www.diablowiki.net/Multiplayer

And I've never liked grinding up professions. I don't know what you mean by professions. There will be artisan NPC:s that you can level up that can help to create/improve items. http://www.diablowiki.net/Artisan There will be no soulbound items: http://forums.battle.net/thread.html?topicId=27807930581&sid=3000&pageNo=2#36 EDIT: diablowiki is better than diablo.wikia

Do you think there is going to be some sort of PvP testing in the beta at some point? there aren't in phase 1, phase 2 (closed public) or an extension of that probably will. haven't found anything on any of the sites myself though.

Barb: 1. one fury building attack: frenzy on bosses/singel targets and cleave as AE skill 2. then either leap or ground stomp. both have a cooldown, but hit many targets and generate a lot of fury (i prefer leap for sure) 3. one fury consuming attack: rend for AE and Hammer of the Ancients for bosses (insane dmg) 4. battle rage as buff (Enter a rage which increases damage by 30% and critical hit change by 4% for 30 seconds.) you have all those skills available at lvl 12 + the passive OP skill Ruthless (Critical hit chance increased by 5%. Critical hit damage increased by 50%.). king usually dies within 20 seconds ![]() Monk: 1. similar to barb, one skill that generates spirit. either Deadly Reach or Crippling Wave 2. one skill that consumes spirit. sadly theres only one good spirit consuming attack skill and thats Lashing Tail Kick. 3. Dashing Strike is a must have imo. either to get out of dangerous situations or to reach enemies fast. 4. the 4th is a matter of taste. either Breath of Heaven for healing if needed, or one of the mantras for extra dodge or extra dmg. all other monk abilities are pretty useless, at least in the beta. Sorc/Witch Doctor: well, for both chars it doesnt really matter what you use, once you hit lvl 10. all of their abilities do pretty sick dmg. i even played a melee sorc to get a little bit of a challenge but even that spec is ridiculous. most powerful WD spells are Firebats, Poison Dart and Firebombs. Deamon Hunter: im not really sure.. i didnt play him that much cause i really dont enjoy the class. Marked for Death + Impale seems pretty strong on single targets

And I've never liked grinding up professions. the artisan progress is shared between all characters, exactly as the gold. that means if you learn a new plan with one char, all other chars can craft that item too. if you improve your artisan level with one char, all other chars get the improvement as well. basically you level the professions once per account, no matter on which character

With the shared stash, it's not a problem though. I geared up my second character with class-specific items from my first ![]()

just a couple of questions. passives: do you receive points to allocate into passives or do they automatically activate once you reach the minimum level skills: do you still stack skill points onto a particular skill to increase its effects or does that occur automatically when you level up? thanks
