I found the plan before the underbridge nerf... should have sold it lol. I actually have 1 more 6-prop plan. Exalted grand zhezl. lolwtf.

That is, if I'm a DH using the "increase damage to slowed targets" and I shoot something twice with the cold arrow spell, does the damage bonus apply to only the second shot, or both...?

Pretty sure it only applies to the second shot

I assume this means it sold, but is this normal or might something be wrong? It takes like a full day of processing before it sends the money to paypal for me and then it switches to Sold.

When I try to buy them it gives me something like this: (iridescent tear, EU) "average last 10 trades: 75 per unit" "average last day of trades: 91 per unit" So I try to sell them. Yesterday I put 100 gold for 1 unit, it sold. Today I put 1000 gold per unit. It sold too. O.o Does that mean if I'll set the price on 10.000 it will sell too? I mean... what? So, as a seller, I'm kind of happy. As a buyer - why can't I pick from who I want to buy this stuff? How does this work? Is there some kind of queue on this?

When you buy a commodity, you first place a sum of money which is higher than the current price of the cheapest commodity available on sale. This is required because commodity prices change so quickly that you might get "outbid" and then encounter a string of error messages. The AH then "sells" you the cheapest commodity available on the market, then refunds you the difference.

So, as a seller, I'm kind of happy. As a buyer - why can't I pick from who I want to buy this stuff? How does this work? Is there some kind of queue on this? Are you sure you didn't put up exquisite essences instead of tears the second time? It won't sell if you put it up too high, because for that to happen the average displayed price needs to jump up over your price, which won't happen if you price it so drastically higher. For example, I put exquisite essences at 2k market price a few days ago, and they sold immediately. But the next day the price had dropped to 1.2k, but I listed them at 2k again, figuring the price would shoot up again at some point. They never sold. So I relisted at the market price, and they insta-sold again. For those wondering why you get refunds when you buy commodities, it is because you buy from the cheapest that anyone has put them up. So if you buy 20 of something at 1300g, and one guy has put 10 up for 1100g and another guy 50 for 1200g, then you get the difference back, so 10*200+10*100=3000g.

AFAIK, your MF is averaged among the party. I don't know how the base drop rate is affected. HOWEVER, people who play public games have really crappy gear so they're relying on others to do the heavy lifting. You're better off farming solo.

I really dislike that, it worked in D2 and in D2 you could singleplayer with /4p for example. Let's call it High Risk High Reward... Shame ![]()

Shame ![]() It only came in a later patch, and IIRC it got removed. And it's a pretty stupid thing anyway. So let the extremely well-geared characters farm 4x as fast as before? Makes a lot of sense to me. Oh wait, the market is already oversaturated.

Even if I'm somewhat trying to rush the game with 10 hours per Difficulty it still takes some time before I reach the end-game. So is there any shortcut to level from 30-60 and then a Difficulty or two and jump straight into Inferno?

So is there any shortcut to level from 30-60 and then a Difficulty or two and jump straight into Inferno? There are minimum level requirements that stops you from skipping. That said, you can just level up faster by wearing +experience gear and farming areas that have a lot of mobs.

Okay thanks for the really quick reply ![]() It's just a thought but say the level cap to get to Nightmare is 30 and I'm currently level 29 with my Barb and I've just entered Act 4. If I somehow get to level 30 before meeting Diablo could I then skip killing him and go straight to Act 1 in Nightmare? I know this case is a really small gain but it's just to see if I understand what you're saying right as I just want as much playtime in Inferno instead of wasting it on the lower Difficulties. And again thanks for the quick reply ![]()
