I'd say merz and stephano. (merz had around 400 at some point, stephano is usually hovering around 350, but but both are spamming like crazy. stephano has about 200 to 220 eapm. (sc2gears eapm)

I honestly never check APM for foreigners, so I don't rly know. Does any1 have some numbers on like sziky, doty, ace, trutacz, etc?

yeah so it became not about who is good with a lot of apm, but how many noobs can spam a game to save a replay to compete in this thread of measuring useless stats.

probably sziky, always close to 400. It has to be a zerg at least, technics / pike / michael all high(300+). EX for terran was like 300 +/- in all his games and dOTY for protoss (always 320-350~). In terms of all time foreigners, I have no idea this is just current.
