Those 12+2 guys have no incentive to go back and do 9+3 instead. They're pushed to go do the 14 key or have a handful of people in their group delete their keys to reroll on new 11 keys from the 12 chest (you can do that now!) and pick the dungeon that they want. Ran a bunch of low keys this week carrying alts/my brothers wife. This with a couple friends. We’re decent not great. Mediocre gear can time 10-11s consistently type not pushing 15+ yet this xpac. Even still only 3 chested TDs and FHs some of the timers I’m not sure how you’d ever do it heh. I probably should have said +2 in my example because it’s far more common but point still stands that when I was grinding io score up I got a couple big boosts by performing well in a group and staying with them for a few runs. | ||

Generally if the tank has a decent route (one that doesn't force you to do extra trash or backtrack) it's not hard to +2 assuming you don't have to do any major resets in the run. | ||

But raiderIO already solves that problem because if you dont have the DPS you want make timers.. As a supplement it might be fine, but its never going to be a driver and you are asking for information to a question that it already sort of answers. I think that seeing if a dps made timer gives you even less info than glancing over a few of their dungeon logs. I think if you are pushing keys then a player's best runs can speak for themselves. Obviously a DPS with a bunch of 12-15's completed in time is pulling their weight and I don't feel like I need to see their numbers. But when you are forming groups for lower keys, where these absolute newb casual players are a possibility, then it's nice to know if the DPS you are inviting is gonna do more damage than the healer. Because even if they're not, they can still make timer on these low keys by being carried so their raider.io profile is not that informative. If you happen to unknowingly invite more than 1 trash player, you can fail a timer on a +4 or something and that's obviously unacceptable to a 1k+ player. Or if you are undergeared or several players in the group are undergeared and you're counting on pugs pulling their weight for their ilvl, and then they turn out to be below-average players, that is frustrating. 11/12s arent terribly difficult with a good group and you get extra pieces. If you are just farming for filling out your gear thats missing a couple pieces though just farming 10s is fine though. I have been trying to get higher keys done but only gotten like 5 or 6 of the dungeons done on a 12 so far when I have time with a solid group. | ||

Dude, total realm population is not the same as the population using war mode. A lot of alliance just arent interested in pvp so never turned it on. Alliance starts getting in shards where theres a lot of horde and no more alliance to throw into the shard and start getting camped or pushed off quest/world quest areas. They get fed up and turn off war mode. Theres less and less alliance using war mode and it snowballs to the point that theres hardly any alliance left in warmode now. This is happening in every region. It'll be really hard to recover from this now, because you'll be the minority if you enable WM again. Hordes with WM on are PvP starved because of a lack of allies, so you'll get camped. And towns will be empty, you can't trade with guildies, nor get help with WQs from randoms around you. It's totally going against the stream just for 10% more rewards, which amounts to nearly nothing. A lot of people agreeing with what i originally said now, there was a horde>alliance imbalance on patch day that snowballed over time until the point where war mode is pretty broken in support of the dominant faction (not usable for alliance, free buff for horde) | ||

Apparently that doesn't include china numbers For context, they said that there were 3.4m BFA purchaes by day 1 (including pre-orders, up for ~7 months in advance with the legion allied races) We also know how many characters there are; under 3.8 mill level 120 characters in EU & US. Some active subscribers have multiple, others have zero. | ||
