I don't want to have to actually consider what I'm pulling and use a rotation in full heirlooms. I've played the game for countless years just let me get to end level content without spending £50 | ||

They had just reworked the 60-80 gap and that was particularly fast. Each level you unlock 2 new dungeons, and doing those (+ the quests inside) basically got you to the next level where you got 2 new ones. I didn't have to do the terrible zones in Wrath/TBC. Seems like Atrox is mostly complaining about the fact that he "has to use a rotation", I mean… what? | ||

Some of my friends would have them make leveling entirely optional with a button to start char at max level because the game has become increasingly focused around level cap content. On the other hand i'm happy that they went back on their MOP/WOD design of oneshotting everything and having dungeon bonuses give absurd exp that made zones irrelevant and i'd like to see further development there. I'd rate the current state of the game below level cap much higher than the one from 2 years ago. | ||

What even is the point? The zones are empty, quest items have stupid long cool downs etc.. I took this part to mean the last few weeks, after the prepatch broke stuff and had to get unbroken. I haven't seen how the combat plays at lower levels so i can't comment on if it's harder than it was before, but the 7.3.5 state was okay with me bar some anomalies (TTK spiking so much at level 40 and some content having 2-3x as much health and damage as others, too high, for the same exp reward) | ||

I also noticed if you create a lvl 1 toon and run straight out of the starter area you can solo lvl 5 mobs despite having learned no new abilities or gaining any equipment or base stats. | ||

So the ratio could be much worse if it represented the nodes I actually see. I can make 16 flasks lol | ||

Rank 3 of all herbs and averaged nearly the lowest gather amount for 3 spawns across hundreds of spawns. I should mention that anchor weed cannot spawn where sirens sting/star moss spawn, so counting those vs your spawn rate doesn't give a totally accurate picture. Some days I go through the entire day without seeing a single anchor weed doing WQ on 2 maxed herbalists. If blizz's intentions is to really bottleneck flasks, then they have succeeded. On my server anchor weed is 800-900g per 1 and flasks are 4.5-5k atm. Its going to be pretty interesting this next week to see how high it will go for raid stuff. | ||

Battle Shout is a >9% DPS gain, more than flask and double potion put together and i haven't even bought any of the scrolls so far. Prices could get rough come mythic weeks when it's all required to progress as much | ||

It was gradually getting faster over the years although the last patch or two slowed it back down a bit (they did boost 60-80 by 15% recently tho because it was way too slow). Although the way they do zone scaling now does make the process a bit more fun because you can pick and choose what zones you do more freely now. edit: should note it's still way faster than it was but not as ridiculous as it was last year  | ||

Server hopping and farming certain spots are they key. | ||
