I think 4pc T19 and 2pc T20 will be better than 2pc T19 and 4pc T20. Having the extra brews in general will likely outweigh the stagger reduction of T20, especially since its multiplicative so grabbing 5 orbs with expel harm doesn't reduce your stagger by 25%, but 5% 5 times. I think having the extra brew gen will just give you better reduction with the extra purify. The moment people keep using 4pc in Tomb is the moment Blizzard will nerf it into the ground as they have done in the past when such a situation accord.
I think the 4Pc T19 for fury at least is really key the extra enrage time is fuckin huge(less bloodthirsts more other spells during battlecry) in comparison the 4pc t20 is super underwhelming

Yeah as soon as I noticed last night I dumped most of my gold into tokens. History says the price is unlikely to recover downwards.

NA price dropped back to its original but is on its way up again. It'll probably settle halfway in between.

I gave up on buying Token with gold on Europe a while ago. Just too much hassle, rather keep my gold and pay 15 bucks.

I ran through performance settings in the spellblade area since it runs so badly and was getting +15% fps from turning liquid detail to min (cpu limited). Most of the other stuff not making any difference out of combat and harder to test in raid combat

Only boss that lags me remotely is Skorpyron and if we did the cheese strat on normal/hc it was frame by frame lag.

It runs relatively badly esp in 20 man combat, you're probably just used to that
In the Spellblade area+fight i can make FPS go below 70 out of combat and dipping to high 30's at worst in combat w/ overclocked skylake on FPS optimized settings, addons are causing a little bit of that performance hit but they're mostly slimmed down to raid critical things. If it was a sustained triple digit FPS it would be a very different game

Pugged 10 man HC gul'dan today, the small raid size worked fine after the late changes adressing raid size even though the DPS and play in the group was bad. No issues w/ adds or bonds - takes much longer for eyes to duplicate and the bond damage is very low, able to 2-man soak it without defensives or solosoak some with mitigation but not immunities i think. Very doable and i'd rather wreck that with a few friends than try to carry a 25 man these days

AK was hotfixed to cap at 40 instead of 50. That'll have a big impact on AP gain soon, AK50 was 15x faster than AK40 and we're around 37 atm
Concordance is pretty easy to reach at 40 but i guess this makes capping concordance take 30 years instead of 2 years at level cap

Indeed BUT we're not really meant to cap out the Concordance of Legionfall. Think they did it the correct way this time and made the buff strong out of the gate when you first get it and then it "just gets buffed abit" obviously there's a difference between 1 rank and 15 rank in it but it is not on the same level as the previous "endless" buff on the artifact.
So I play Holy Paladin and due to the Artifact Challenge being absolutely annoying with little focus on healing and more interrupting (which we do not have one) I just, well, jumping around, around, around during last parts of waves waiting for your stun just ended up as a combination of annoying/boring to me. So I ended up not doing it for 4-5 Mage Towers in a row and when I did I did a try or two and left it.
I think if it had all been like Stage 4 and Stage 5 that the challenge was indeed healing I would have loved it and done it from day one till I finished it.
But atleast it's over now and that means that it's time to fiddle with totally new color-combinations as far as transmog goes.
I do however give them credit for trying and putting these challenges up for us to do, obviously if they had done a healing challenge for each class instead of one for us all it would have been more tailored. Other option when they realized that they wouldn't have the time/manpower to do a specific challenge for all different classes and specs would have been to completely scrap the challenges and they didn't go for that option so I can't complain really.

The healing might not be challenging for you because HPala output in the nature of the challenge is a snooze fest. Ask a Mistweaver or a Holy Priest the first week it came out and it was decidedly more difficult. "The amount of 'fuck you granny's I heard on discord the first week was depressingly hilarious.
One of the H Pala's I know is a bonfide clicker and he snoozed through it.

That's what I mean though, the healing parts are there. But most of it is just snooze it waiting for your repentence and stun to be off CD before you kill the last guy on a wave to engage the next wave.
Obviously either you manage to heal the Stage 4 and 5 or you don't. But the other stages are just stunning and interrupting with healing aspects to it.

Man i got extremely dicked by keys this week agaiin. Out of the keys we pushed we had 3x cos and 2x hov on 20+ so it wasnt any progress for me. The other one ended in Coen 20. Got Brh 23 done and then we couldnt finish our upper kara 23 cause of group drama zzz. All the 20+ runs for upgrades were on depleted keys though, so thats gonna be impossible in a few weeks. :/

Finally got a third legendary for Resto to replace Sephuz' Secret. Elemental Rebalancers, isnt the Praetorian's Tidecallers I was hoping for but I certainly cant complain.

Idk I rarely do high keys but did upper kara 16 last week pretty easily. In general upper kara seems like one of the easy ones. Admittedly tyrannical will make it harder.

Karazhan is really bad with teeming.
There's a pack of 4 banshees at the beginning, the curator room has more elems, constructs added, 2 eredar guys each time where there's only one. It's so annoying to do.
And Tyrannical Curator is a pain in the ass.

Probably gonna keep this setting, there's some weird stuff going on with the system load (maybe both CPU and GPU) of the water effects. Example:

There's not even any water on screen and yet FPS is up 55% because there's a river waaay behind the camera; the amount of performance improvement and frequency of it has very noticably changed my gameplay for the last few days

I'm thinking more and more that the new legendary rings will probably be baseline and not counted towards the legion legendary cap. They don't have the Unique: Legion Legendary(1) in the datamining even though the other legendaries in the same build do have that tag; the variable amount of secondary stats result in many of them not giving significant DPS gains over rings of similar ilvls and could be more for balancing class-to-class with some classes getting more impactful talents than others. It's effectively baselining some talents that either go unused due to competing with a core talent or are good to have on for gameplay reasons as a reward without actually removing them from the talent row.
Some of the tier 20 sets are also designed as if you will have these legendary ring talents on 100% of the time for the next 6-8 months which makes more sense if you're going to have them naturally 100% of the time than it would if you had no choice but to equip them
