A new legendary for all DPS specs too i think, two new in total for Havoc including the talent ring Concordance just got buffed to be about three times as strong as before~ | ||

Improved some of my logs by 30 to 40k from it somehow. Turns out flat Agility is pretty good for a spec where all your ability but one scaling from pure attack power / | ||

like we use 4 healers instead of 2 on star augur now to deal with the increased damage since the changes - you could reduce that back to 3 (consistent) or even 2 (risky/pro) with the improved throughput since and concordance is part of that Sure i agree that HPS or tank EHP increases are not as important as DPS but it still seems pretty relevant and good | ||

As a dd you can obviously always do something with a proc, you have a boss hp bar you can dump the extra dps into. Whereas as healer it is the contrary, your job is to make sure that hp bars dont drop under a threshold (0) but the maximum is limited. If players had huge hp bars sure you could buffer low healing phases with high healing phases but that is not the case. Bascially, what does it help you if you can heal a lot at one point during proc if people die during proc downtime? You can not reduce the numbers of healers on a boss because of procs because those procs might not occur when you need them. It is the same reason healers generally dont use proc trinkets but stat sticks or trinkets you can activate when needed. | ||

Doing some of the PTR testing and currently our damage does not look to be improving, and our T20 is more focused on improving our damage in 2-3 target cleave (for Assassination). With the removal of one of our L90 talents, Blizz is having to give us a flat +22% damage buff to all abilities to even come close to breaking even to live damage. We will see how rogues land post patch, the only good thing from the patch is that I think all 3 of our specs are relatively close to damage, so as long as your rogue is good, they will at least pull good numbers (even though Outlaw is so RNG and ST damage is dictated by having the bracers at minimum). | ||

"el oh el." so like, is that just a unique thing to Chromatic Anomaly, I sadly can't claim to have done any actual raiding in Legion yet, so I dunno if I just watched a cheese-through or some other nutty thing. | ||

The way he explained us why he can do this boss, the enrage is tied to how many time you interrupt his cast with the orb you get from the big add. So he just never interrupts the boss and survives the big aoe raid damage alone the whole fight. The stacking debuff that instakill everyone at 10 stacks, the boss only applies it when hitting the tank, and he makes him start his first phase transition cast before being at 10 stacks anyway. | ||
