Uhh im pretty sure you can just wait to run to it. I dont see the point of yoloing to it asap. The tank should be able to call it out. Tbh I like the one raid day a week thing, the last month or so its nice to recharge with just farming 1 day a week and not having to worry about logging in for stuff just lets you chill about the game for a bit before the next tier. People do alt mythic runs and generally work on other stuff they would like to. I just dont log in lol. I might not even play the next tier. Im thinking of going on a few holidays this summer and TOS falling in the middle of it kinda sucks. | ||

Too bad I still havent gotten a single Shaman-specific legendary despite infinitely more playtime on that character compared to my Mage. ;D And Im not sure if its normal that my Frost DPS is like 200K higher than my Arcane/Fire DPS, the artifacts are in a similar area ilvl wise, but the Frost Artifact has every golden trait and three of the traits going back into the main tree, whereas the Arcane and Fire ones are only up to the 10% talent on the secondary tree. Wondering if thats because I havent played Fire/Arcane much or if its just the discrepency between the Artifact investment. | ||

Basically the way the APi for Frost is done assume you can maintain Icy Veins to ridiculous length that are really not realistic in a real fight. | ||

I should look into the impact that artifact talents have, I'm sure it's a hell of a lot more than I'm giving it credit for EDIT: LOL Day after getting Mystic Kilt of the Rune Master I get Cord of Infinity. Like two hours of play time apart. The game REALLY doesnt want me to play Frost. | ||

I'l either get there with super high drop chance and get new legendary basically guaranteed right away or start from 0 but there's only one way to find out! | ||

Mine felt like a joke relative to them even post nerf. | ||

 It also seems like they've decided to balance the rings by changing the amounts of secondary stats on them. It was probably neccesary in some cases and always good to have places to tune stuff up/down. The havoc ring talent is First Blood which scares me a little that they might continue buffing that one particular talent to the moon on t20 2p and 4p with the justification that everyone will have that one particular legendary anyway so it doesn't matter if it's wildly overpowered Chaos Blades rework! Before: Buffs AA's and increases all damage by Mastery% for 12s After: Buffs AA's and increases all damage by 30% for 18s same 2 minute CD smaller dmg buff, longer duration, no longer strongly tied to mastery if i'm getting that part correctly | ||

Also they made t20 boni worse. 4p bonus is like +3% heal overall, depending on proc luck, wow. And they made the bonus less interesting as it now just gives a flat % increase to heal instead of resetting cd on thunder focus tea which would have made our gameplay at least a little more dynamic. Instead with the new cd they put on essence font and mana cost reduce you always just want to use it on cd. As was already the case with thunder focus tea and renewing mist. On top of that most our stuff is auto targeted. So mistweaver is even more auto pilot than before. | ||

Not sure about the ret one, the talent is strong but the current ret legendaries are really strong too and you would lose a lot of mainstat with a ring. | ||
