The amount of ilvls that the relic buffs weapon by is the main thing to look at: 880 = +52 900 = +58 So that's +6 wep ilvls critical chaos is worth more than 6 compared to having no trait but the meta trait has some value, particularly if it's the first meta trait relic that you have. If it's the second or third then i'd take CC.

You may also see a number of changes to Tier 19 (Nighthold) set bonuses. This is to ensure that the Tier 20 pieces are a reasonable upgrade over Tier 19, without having to make the Tier 20 bonuses blatantly overpowered. Welp, so they're officially nerfing our current gear (t19 sets) before the raid opens - glad i didn't waste more time on that ![]() ^Sounds like a really nice change The whole veng spec is still really dependant on spamming a button that fills 10% of your resource bar, that's the most painful part of the spec by far for me. Mashing buttons 4x per second for the whole combat time and half of them don't feel like they're actually doing anything Most DH's confused atm about the "major rotational/mechanic changes" for Havoc in 7.2.5 since it hasn't been mentioned at all but blizz may have been talking about the demon blades change only and what is this? ![]() ![]() a way to effectively take 2 talents in the same row?

Nerfing tier that we're still wearing before the release of a new raid, though, i can't remember that happening for a while They just cut 2p bonus of Mistweaver T19 in half on PTR, from 2% proc chance to 1%..

One additional change we're making that should hit in the next PTR build, with the goal of providing some extra incentive to run difficulties past the item level cap. For every Keystone level above 15, you'll have an increasing chance for the final chest to contain additional loot. This chance scales linearly, will roll over past 100%, and accumulates pretty quickly: at level 20, you'll be guaranteed 4 pieces of loot, plus a 5th if you beat the timer. That makes the stuff work a lot better. level 15 + timer = 3 pieces of max loot level 20 + timer = 5 pieces of max loot enough of an increase to justify running whatever you can take

There is not much incentive to currently run any key over the ilvl max. (the AP increase is not enough imo).
