Players that care about their DPS, don't play speccs that are bad atm. So bad + bad = terrible. The diffrence between most DPS classes/speccs isn't all that big. But if one is easier/better people that want the most out of their class will chose that best specc. It skews the numbers against the "bad" speccs. | ||

It depends on Sheilun's Gift which is probably the worst artifact spell in the game. Instead of 1.5% of my raid heal it will now maybe do 2.5%, yay. On a second thought, at least it has very good stats. So that is something. Btw I was really hoping they would buff Sheilun's Gift. They could easily make the charge rate twice as fast and it would still be far from op. But it would help monk at least a little with its 2 problems which are mana hunger and M+ performance. | ||

Glad I have it now. 895 with a 15% of your HP barrier every 35s if you avoid damage for those 5 seconds to 910 with +30% of your hp barrier every 30s with no conditions that's an actual solid legendary that isn't great for those classes that may still have 15% DPS gains from one slot (I think most of them are being adjusted down towards 5-10%?) but it sounds good enough to remove the "Prydaz the Dream Crusher" title oops double post instead of edit I also have the eyebeam legendary - the first tier eyebeam talent is now giving +35 fury per second which will make eye beam give +55 fury instead of -50 fury - enough to make you drown in fury rather than running up, eyebeaming once with legendary and then afking for 5-10 seconds because you can't stun or AOE any more due to fury! There's also a +60% duration on Demonic, the level 110 talent that puts you in metamorphosis form after eye beam ends and you can actually read them when youre a bit zoomed out instead of the mess that the normal font is. That's why i ALWAYS play at 200% render scale, go stand somewhere looking at fonts in the distance and compare between 100% and 200% render scale | ||
