-That Brady released his personal emails to the NFL (which are now public) -Brady was never informed of the fact that his lack of turning over his cell phone could result in punishment -The fact that he never turned over his cell phone led Wells to disregard everything he said in his interview and testimony -Pash from the NFL had a chance to do some "wordsmithing" on the report before it was released (another question of the independence of it) -a rep from exponent who worked on the report admitted the results they achieved were statistically insignificant -Brady said he never knew the rules for the air pressure before the jets game when the refs supposedly put it to 16, saying he focused on the leather and its grip -Brady did not recieve advice to destroy/not hand over his phone from the NFLPA but his lawyer -[scumbag]Troy Vincent (who wrote up the initial punishment) did not know the ideal gas law existed and that the balls could change psi levels from temperature. -Goodell doesn't understand all the graphs in the report -Loren Reisner whose name was on an independent report was the cross examiner for the NFL -The NFL were the ones who wanted the transcripts sealed, Brady's lawyer requested it be made public before the appeal was halfway through | ||

But punishment aside, I look at it like how Paterno 'didn't know' what was going on: control freaks like NFL coaches and QBs know the ins and outs of everything they do. There is roughly a zero percent chance that Brady didn't know the PSI he liked it set at. The league just did not conclusively prove that but basic common sense says that he defintely knows what pressure he likes, and he'd know if it were off by such an amount. That's not enough to suspend Brady though, no way | ||

That was until Donovan McNabb said he didn't realise a game could end tied I think Brady is an obsessive type though who would want to know everything. | ||
