Aaron Rodgers said he does this to footballs and no one gives a fucking fuck about it. But since the Patriots are winning and kicking everyone fucking asses left and right lets fuck them up for "cheating".

I doubt the Patriots or Brady is going to take this to a court of law as that would suddenly open an entire other ballpack of possibilities for investigating them and by the looks of it they (specifically Brady) REALLY wouldn't want that. Investigate what the fucking league and the other shitty worthless 31 teams are gunning for the Patriots. It's fucking time for Mr. Kraft to grow some fucking balls and sue the NFL.
Ah back to the good old "they just hates us because they aint us"... Let me guess - it was actually the Colts that deflated the footballs in an attempt to frame Brady?

Who controls the balls? It was the fucking officials and they didn't do a fucking good job at checking them. Look at the score did we win by throwing it rofl?

Wheres the suspension for Newton? The Panthers were caught on tape messing with the balls in the play offs. Any other team no one gives a fuck, but since the other 31 teams can't beat the pats on the field, their fans have to settle for running every potential scandal into the ground in the media.

The site is shit, it has already been posted here and debunked for the pile of manure that it is.
Aaron Rodgers delivers the balls to the refs at max PSI, what he doesn't do is get a staff-member to "steal" the balls following inspection and then alter their PSI.
EDIT:

The score doesn't matter (and yes, the pats would have won the AFCCG anyway). This was just the game where Brady got busted - it is beyond naive to believe this is the first time it has occured - especially considering the text in fucking MAY with the words "just call me the deflator"...
The Pats are not being targeted because they win a lot, they are being targeted because they cheat a lot.

Omg clearly you knew what the patriots were doing holy shit. Did Goodell hire you for the investigation? You're just some dumbfuck anti-pats fan that feeds off every information from the media and conclude your analysis. Pats are targeted because they win alot plain and simple. It's not fucking hard to understand that. Use your fucking brain. I really hope Mr. Kraft and Tom Brady sues the NFL. Btw check Jet's tampering and how many times they did it and what did they receive for it. Only a 100k fine when the rule clearly states when doing it multiple times a lost of draft can occur which didn't.

Nah, I'm a fan of the game and sportsmanship. I have nothing particular against the Pats - in fact I admire BB and the dynasty he has build. I do however dislike cheaters.
But seeing as you are currently extremely emotional I doubt any further posting is going to lead to anything fruitful and I'm going to walk away from this right here before you start hurling more unfounded insults.
EDIT: I guess I was too late . A friendly piece of advice: stop posting before you shoot yourself any more in the foot.

Just realized Cowboys vs Patriots could have 2 qbs from Eastern Illinois facing each other. New QBU

If they wanted to punish Tawmy and the Pats they should have just suspended Gronk 4 games...
|
Legit question: if this gets appealed and an independent party deems the report to be insufficeint evidence for the punishment, how long does Goodell have left after alienating one of his only remaining supporters and mishandling every major event of the past year?
Also, don't worry ghost; Brady will be back just in time to hand the ball off against the Colts
|
Peyton Manning didn't get caught, and its always possible he likes his balls in a distinct way that is also legal. Neither makes Brady less guilty, just the NFL more incompetent.
|
Is this the part where we swiftly debunk all of the Patriot fan attempts at deflection? I thought we already went through this when the story initially broke.
Also reading Vincent's letter, I wouldn't be shocked if some of the harshness is due to lack of cooperation like mentioned not many pages back. By other accounts, teams that have had anything remotely close to the same infraction have been very forward with the league, accepted a fine like $25k, and moved on, but Brady and crew held press conferences denying any involvement or knowledge, and made the league start a formal investigation while demanding apologies and mocking everyone they possibly could.
It's like when you try to fight something in civil court and are a jerk during the case, the judge tends to find extra ways to stiff you because you're an asshole, even though the original grievance may not have warranted it.

On the one hand, this punishment is way too light and shows that the NFL is clearly trying to protect their favorite franchise.
On the other hand, there was no evidence and Goodell is acting like a dictator again!
Am I doing this right? When do I get my job at ESPN?

Per when ESPN suspended Simmons for stating the obvious about Goodell, ESPN is now on full "defend the NFL" side of the dial. So expect this to be the "Crime of the Decade!" until someone hits another buzzer-beater tonight in the NBA.
As for what's come of this, eh, I think suspending anyone is a joke. This was always a small fine-type of event. Though this will go to Arbitration rather than Civil Court. It's not that egregious to warrant the problems that would cause.

I don't really know anything about the appeal process I would have to think so. They have zero conclusive evidence that he knew. It's pretty goddamn retarded if they suspend him basedo n that. If they were to suspend him on anything it should be for not forking over his phone. The team one should stand though since it's obvious fuckery was going on and orchestrated

I think the bigger hit is the first and fourth rounders. I think Jimmy is going to be groomed like a racehorse for those 4 games. It'll be a good test for his future and the offensive system is something he's been around for years now and no one has tape on him that's relevant. It'll be a game for the ages if tawmies first games back is against the Colts.

It's like when you try to fight something in civil court and are a jerk during the case, the judge tends to find extra ways to stiff you because you're an asshole, even though the original grievance may not have warranted it. Again... Brady gave a very long interview and answered every question they asked him. Not giving his personal info over has as much to do with the player union as anything else. Those assurances he speaks of pertaining to protecting Brady's personal information rings hollow since every aspect of this investigation has been leaked to the media (although nudie pics of Giselle might have been nice). The team declined to have one of the two suspects investigated the fourth time because he has a life... I really don't know what you debunked with this report since they aren't even sure which needle was used and actually contradict the refs statement (it's a 0.4PSI difference and drastically alters the results).
This will go the same way AP and Ray Rice went, it will get overturned and the NFL will just look more incompetent. The only thing the league has for sure is that a guy took some balls into the bathroom when he shouldn't have, which warrants a fine.

if only the nfl was good at enforcing its own rules lol.
the pa should fight for this as well, this will serve as a precedent to get suspended for "more probable than not".
