I doubt the Patriots or Brady is going to take this to a court of law as that would suddenly open an entire other ballpack of possibilities for investigating them and by the looks of it they (specifically Brady) REALLY wouldn't want that. EDIT: To be clear, I think the personal punishment of Brady is on the softer side whilst the team punishment seems to be rather harsh. | ||
