Seriously, it's as though a lot of posters on this board don't even know actual football fans in real life. People fucking love to passionately argue for or against relatively minuscule things when the sport itself is not being played. This is not new, and, in a NFL thread no less, cries of "Why are you talking about this?" are useless and, for lack of better words, as dumb as the things being discussed lol.

That's what make it look really bad when he says stuff like, "I'm not going to ESPN...yet" and "come on help the deflator", he obviously knew he was doing something wrong and the public didn't know anything about it yet. I certainly don't think it affected the outcome of the Colts game in any way, but when the Patriots keep getting caught trying to find new ways to cheat the system, you have to eventually come down on them. Even if in the grand scheme of things deflated balls aren't that big of a deal. If you actually read the report it is pretty convincing evidence though. The whole more likely than not thing is just legal speak for "we couldn't find anyone literally admitting to it in the texts/evidence" so I don't know why people are harping on that other than the fact that it's easy to make fun of. Also, I find it curious that the only texts you quoted to make your point are by far the most benign of the ones that were leaked. I used those texts because they shouldn't even be in the report because they clearly aren't serious. To me the others aren't much better. Tom constantly bitches about ball pressure asking for air to be let out because he thinks they need to be as low as they are allowed and thinks the refs are constantly screwing him or the equipment guys are screwing up. the "ESPN" and "deflator" thing also seemed like jokes to me, and everyone else from the area including Robert Kraft. Honestly the texts from all the other employees probably look incredibly similar, it's kind of a New England thing... It doesn't matter either way now though unless Kraft does his own report (which he said he wouldn't); Brady gets fined, the employees get fired, the procedure changes. I'd still like to see the actual numbers for the footballs quoted in the report, if anyone has a link I'd appreciate it.

I just finished reading "Just Win, Baby" and i must say that Al Davis' Oakland Raiders make the Patriots look like catholic school boys. Jack Tatum turns a guy into a quadraplegic on a late hit in a pre-season game.. and we are supposed to view Brady/Bellicheck as evil? umm ya ok. Fuck Jack Tatum for ever and always

Fuck man that draft really pisses me off, even if the players individually might be at least ok-good.

He declares teams for cheaters based on media rumours. We have a little more than that for e.g. The patriots. He also declares teams for cheaters based on things where no rules were broken, but he considers it unsportsmanlike. To be honest he seems full of shit.
