I had to get Heads-Up certified last year... Some of the player safety stuff was good (hydration, concussion awareness etc) but I was already aware of most of it from previous coaching training. Heads up tackling however is a joke! They advertise "take the head out of the tackle" but they never actually tell you where to put your helmet (to keep it out of the tackle and safe). If you watch any of the videos or even look at the pictures you'll see that the head (facemask) is striking the opponent almost every time. That means your head is part of the tackle. Striking with the chest plate might be fine for pop warner but as soon runners start actually getting momentum and learning to lower their shoulders you're getting run over or head-to-head contact! It's smoke and mirrors to sell to parents... And a cash cow for USAFootall! /rant fwiw - I prefer rugby style tackling (strike with the shoulder and let the helmet go behind the target without contact) similar to what's taught by the Seahawks ("hawktackle").

My sources must not be reliable. I heard Panthers -3, O/U 51. That's way off.

But gosh those clear blue skies. Completely opposite of what I thought February in bay area would be - damp and foggy.

Peyton could have waved to the camera at least lol. Everyone alive but Bart Starr and Chuck Howely made it in person I think. They had video of this 2.
