Im expecting something like
1. rodgers 2. brady 3. big ben 4. Luck 5. Cam
Carolina's schedule is incredibly soft if you havent looked yet. Top 3 literally impossible though unless big ben commits asssault again and colts continue to suck all year Nice you managed to overrate the 4th and 5th guy on your list. Rivers is better, Romo is better when healthy, Wilson is basically Cam but successful. Brees and Matty Ice are still better in his own division. And I've already stated my opinion on luck.
well I already prefaced it with "this year" so romo is out, I think wilson has a top 8-ish finish this year. Brees seems to be injured/garbage team. matt ryan is a perennial average qb, never puts up big numbers and doesnt run like cam does to pad stats.
The only case I can see is for rivers, who has a tough schedule. Wilson also has a tough schedule. I think you underestimate easy schedules for stats.
if anything the luck claim is a lot more outrageous since how bad that team looks but I think it will turn around at some point

I generally think current to mean last year and the current year. If we're doing just this year's it's kind of pointless since it's two games. \Palmer, Mariotta, and Dalton have a combined 18td and 1int demonstrates that pretty nicely

I'd take Tannehill over Cam and that's not even someone we've talked about. Easy choice for me too.

Ew. Tannehill is just bad.

Ha! I'd put Cam into the the Tannehill bucket. Which means he's in the big pack middle of the NFL starters.
Also we've only seen Cam against the B.A.D bad - worst division in the league - AFC South teams this year. Carolina will look good against those teams. When Cam plays well against better teams, I might be convinced to regrade him.

These commercials are so cringe at beginning, but the new batch are actually bearable

I also like the one with out of control beard Andrew Luck versus even more out of control beard Andrew Luck.

How do my picks measure up to yours?
Never seen someone base their picks so much on the QB's and, what would you call it, the context of the game? The Giants being 0-2 gave you more confidence in them? Patriots might sleep on the Jags? Who knows, maybe Belichick is a soft coach, he hasn't really been in the league long enough for us to know, maybe you're right. But we know all we need to know about Manziel now, right? And the Rams had a bad game so now they're gonna beat the Steelers?
Cassel was obviously signed as Weeden's backup.
IDK man your picks and reasoning for picks are crazy. And I'm not even gonna touch the Cam is the #3 QB in the league thing..

At least one? Damn it must be shaking that far out on the limb.

And I'm not even gonna touch the Cam is the #3 QB in the league thing.. I didn't go on a long diatribe about my picks. I'll give the short version Eli and the Giants were 4 plays away from starting 2-0 this season. All they had to do was make a few slight adjustments in order to win and they have. Eli hasent thrown an interception this season has a shown great accuracy to start the season. More importantly I respect Colt McCoy's play much more than Kirk Cousins. Cousins always cracks under pressure, McCoy rises to the occasion. IF McCoy started as QB I believe the Redskins would have beat the giants because NY was without 5 of their starters. Once Eli gets Cruz and company back, I think Eli will have a better season than Luck.
I have a hunch that the Jaguars Patriots game is going to be like the Rams Redskins game last week. Patriots have a history of falling asleep against garbage teams like the Dolphins and I rate this Jags team above the Dolphins. I dont think it will be a convincing victory, but a can see Bortles giving the Pats defense a hard time.
The dallas cowboys didnt sign Cassel for no reason when they did. They dont think Weeden has what it takes and Weeden has proven he doesn't his last 7 starts. The first time Weeden makes a mistake, they will put Cassel in.
Rams were straight up unprepared for the Redskins running attack last week and dug themselves a early hole they couldn't dig out of. Fisher knows what they are going up against with Bell returning to the Stellers and wont be caught with their pants down.
Can anybody say with a straight face that if Wilson, Kapernick, Luck, Tanehill, or RG3 were drafted the Panthers, that Carolina would be better than they are right now?

Sheep if you want I'll give you 50:1 odds on the Pats beating the Jags if you want to make it official.

I live in Reno so I do all my betting through the sports book in the Alantis casino. I'm down for a sig bet though. What do you want my sig to be if the jags lose?
