Panthers > Saints - I don't think the Saints are good enough to overcome losing Brees. Falcons < Cowboys - Jerry's quote on Weeden will be right this week, and he will celebrate with a half dozen strippers and a bowl full of cocaine Arizona > 49ers - LOL Seattle > Chicago - I fully expect Seattle to get on track vs a shitty Chicago team, and for Graham to break 100yds Jets > Eagles - Jets are actually not half bad this year. Fitzpatrick isn't a stud but there's enough around him to produce and not make tons of mistakes like Geno would have. Rams < Steelers - I think the Rams have a shot at playoffs, but the Steelers offense is hot right now, and Bell is itching to steamroll someone. Jaguars < Patriots - I just don't see this happening any other way. Ravers < Cincy - Cincy is slightly better, but it's a division gme and marvin Lewis is retarded Houston > TB - Houston has a monster D. Miami < Buffalo - ALL ABOARD THE REX TRAIN Denver > Detroit - Denver is still a decent team besides Peyton. GB > KC - This will be closer than anticipated. KC isn't half bad

CAR > NO: Saints would had a tough time with Brees. Without Brees, they don't stand a chance. CLE < OAK: Browns and its quarterback situation is a real problem. Chalk one up for the Raiders. DAL < ATL: If Cowboys have Romo, they exploit the weak Falcons defense. Without Romo, they don't do anything. HOU < TB: Texans are bad. MIN > SD: Home field advantage is the difference in this game as Adrian Peterson gets even stronger. NE > JAX: Patriots at home. Yeah. NJ > PHI: Eagles do nothing again against yet another solid defense. Jets defense probably scores more than their offense. STL < PIT: Steelers are a great team. Rams? Not so much. TEN > IND: Another home field advantage making the difference. ARI > SF: Cardinals are looking dominating against terrible teams. They get another win against 49ers. MIA < BUF: Bills are slightly above average. Dolphins are still below average with their offseason defense acquisitions underwhelming. SEA > CHI: Seahawks administer a beating to a bad team at home. DET < DEN: Peyton gets carried by the Broncos defense again. GB > KC: Packers wins this one, but I'm expecting Chiefs to tests Rogers.

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/peyton-manning-cant-even-off-141800346.html Whether he'll admit it or not, we are witnessing the twilight of Peyton Manning's long and illustrious career in the NFL. The Broncos may be 2-0, and Manning may still be capable of leading last-minute drives (as he did against the Chiefs last Thursday), but make no mistake about it: Peyton Manning's days in the NFL are numbered. Kevin Von Valkenburg published a terrific story about the 39-year-old quarterback today over at ESPN, and the first few paragraphs, in which he describes the painstaking process Manning goes through after each game to remove his pads, paint a portrait of a broken-down veteran and one who, frankly, doesn't belong in the league. From Von Valkenburg: He begins with his cleats, which he can barely untie without assistance. A Broncos equipment staffer helps peel them off his feet while he does a radio interview, because after nearly 25 years of football dating back to high school, it's a relief to not have to bend over that far. Next come his shoulder pads, which, when yanked over his head, generate a groan that is a mixture of suffering and sweet relief. Manning's pale arms and torso are covered in fresh scrapes and old bruises, some the color of strawberries, others a shade of eggplant. His socks come off after several violent tugs, revealing toes that are twisted and bent into obtuse angles. When he removes a thick blue DonJoy knee brace from his stiff left leg, he twice pauses to grimace and gather himself before stripping it off and handing it to a staffer for safekeeping. This is great detail, and it's also gruesome. Of course, Manning's deterioration has been well documented of late, most notably vis-a-vis his arm strength, and the wobbly footballs that quiver through the air like R.A. Dickey knuckleballs. Even though the Broncos have won both their games, the narrative around the Broncos this season has been — and will continue to be — one not of a stymieing defense but of a struggling quarterback. Through Week 2, he had a 41.0 Total QBR, 29th in the league. He was averaging just 215.5 passing yards per game with a 58.8 percent completion rate. He'd been sacked seven times. His numbers haven't been this low since his rookie year.

Would I rather him over any of these guys: Garcon, Green-Beckham, Brandon Coleman, or Rishard Matthews I start 2WR, 2RB and a WRT flex. I have DT, Beckham, Hyde, Gordon, and Steve Smith in my starting line up, and Foster and Tevin Coleman on my bench, so these guys are all backups to me. I'm thinking either Green-Beckham or Coleman goes, probably Coleman with Brees being dinged. I think Beckham has a much higher ceiling and for someone that's pure backup to me I think it's better to gamble on the high ceiling. Thoughts? I'd like to do this before 1pm kickoff since Dunbar is FA and I wouldn't have to go through waivers.
