You can, though, purchase a EU HOTS from the european amazon and still support TL (you need to begin navigating via the TL store to do so I believe, then search your product), but you won't receive a beta key. | ||

Try asking your retailers if they can just send you the CDkey? I got my 8th copy of WoL for a steal on amazon and just asked them for the Key. Saved them on shipping and me on waiting. | ||

As I didn't receive my beta-key right away after having my order confirmed, I grew suspicious and immediately called their support and asked whether there still were keys left or not. I asked the guy if he could process my order right away and then he sent me the key while we were on the phone, I suggest you guys do everything you can unless you wanna risk being left without a key. All in all it took me less than 5 minutes from ordering to get my key, time spent on the phone included. | ||
