Wonder what "Solomid network" means, I get dan's gonna be around the house managing stuff but Wings?
Wings hands are just coming back from recovery, so they probably don't want him playing too much.

Solomid network means that they stream under solomid, get featured on their website, their Twitch channel etc, and get directly paid their stream revenue by solomid.
Chauster retires? Hm, strange feeling. After all those role swaps and CLG hovering around 4th place LCS I totally lost track of him, but now I remember how insanely religious I used to follow his ever ongoing AMA in the CLG forum. I really wish to see him as an analyst somewhere, because like that he could potentially help out the NA scene way more than he ever could in his mediocre shape of season 3 as a player on the field.
Edit: Damn they made this tiny paragraph at the end of the Chauster announcement that they will also bench jiji again. So sneaky.
Chauster retiring is good. Dude played far beyond his prime. Benching JiJI is also the right decision, I know a lot of people loved him back when he was king jiji in mid but honestly he sucked mid in season 2 and even more s3 in the jungle.

gives legitimacy to what was said, he only left the team because they wanted to reunited the chaulift bot lane and didn't want to play top... its definitely odd tho, id prefer him to stay ad :[
I really really don't understand Aphro going back to support. Now, it partially makes sense because iirc everyone on CLG really liked him (especially Double) and he showed quite a bit of improvement. Specifically his play on Blitzcrank during CLG's Summer regulations was spectacular. But by mid season in Spring he was making vlogs talking about how bored he was of support and how he wanted to role swap to top or go back to ADC. Why in the world would he not think that would happen again? Or why would CLG let it happen again? Their star player hasn't had a proper support in over a year, they need to be very careful about who they pick up in that role.

From everything I heard, the only reason he got cut was because Chauster sucked ass in jungle and had "can't cut me" seniority.
Doesn't matter why he was cut. He said, repeatedly, that he thought support was boring and didn't enjoy it. Why would you pick someone up who doesn't like their role and wants to play a different one?
Maybe in S4 when supports get enough gold to carry games it'll be different but if you watched any of Aphros vlogs when he was on CLG he always mentioned how bored he was of support and how he missed ADC.
people troll aphroo about playing support all the time. he's not exactly in a good spot right now though so getting back on clg is a good opportunity for him
I guess another factor could potentially be the changes that Support is supposed to be getting in season 4. With supports being able to buy more items and potentially become carries of their own Aprhro's mechanical skill could end up being huge. Also, the talent pool at support in NA is lacking so from a skill perspective is Aphro puts in work he could be become one of the top supports in NA

LD are having changes? I was expecting them to stay the same and grow as a team, esp. with MrRalleZ going to NiP.
