by the way who IS the worst progamer ?
SDM and tasteless talked about this on a cast, it was a korean progammer that had the highest APM, like 400-500.

SDM reacted be it over the top or not but that was a definitely a long time coming. You could feel his frustration and anger.

I'd say ToSsGirl, if we only consider active players There may be some recently-licensed B-teamer who is worse, but I highly doubt it. Tossgirl has been losing to foreigners consistently for some time now, and she got absolutely destroyed by IdrA at ESWC.

Integra, I think the fact you're missing is that having a progamer license is not the same as being on a professional gaming team. There are many courage winners (with pro licenses) who are never drafted by teams, and many B-team players or practice partners who don't have progamer licenses.

I think the way it works is like this: you can become a professional player on a pro team without winning courage, but winning courage definitely increases your chances of getting on a pro team.

You need them to play in the qualifiers for MSL, OSL and to appear in proleague(basically any official kespa event). I'm not positive but pretty sure.

Then what are pro-licenses for if you still can make it as a professional player without one? What the two posters above me have said: you can be on a progaming team, but you can't "make it" - you still need a license to play in KeSPA-sanctioned tournaments (PL, OSL, MSL). To be honest though, I don't understand the point of licenses whatsoever. Since teams can give them out they don't really impede the progress of new players (if a player is good enough, his team will give him a license) but as far as I can tell they're just more useless KeSPA-induced red tape. They're obviously not useful as signals of talent, because Courage winners often do not get drafted.

I believe Idra got one from estro when he & SDM were both part of that team. Yep, this is right. For more information on Courage and progaming licenses, I recommend watching Artosis's coverage of the rookie draft. It's long (and boring in parts), but a really interesting look at some of the nuts and bolts of the Korean proscene.
