Shoutout to Diggity as always for the incredible casting all day in the sauna room, he did a great job holding down the stream and letting us all be a part of it. Congrats to Jaeyun for the big W! I feel like this was a strong enough event that really the top 4 players were a big question mark. I can't wait for the next one! | ||

There were plenty of lower skilled players there to just get knocked out and enjoy the event. The best way to end up invited is to just engage in the various communities. It's more than doable. The NYC LAN scene was proof of this from ~2009 to 2019 (if we're being generous). Plenty of TL threads highlighting this if you search. It was a personal decision made by the organizers and we have to respect that. No need to say anything more or guess as to reasoning etc. Only reason I'm commenting on this is to say that it is entirely possible to organize a great event that is open to all in NYC. | ||
