Here we are boys! ZOTAC CUP will be hosting StarCraft: Remastered tournaments in the next few months
So tell your friends, significant other, family, enemies, whoever... let's make this a successful tournament series!
If the community feels strongly about certain changes, we can definitely try to accommodate them. I would love to hear all your feedback or any questions/concerns any of you might have.
ZOTAC CUP has something pretty BIG in the works for StarCraft:Remastered. I'll be posting weekly updates about the tournament so be sure to follow to get the latest scoop:

** Disclaimer: This is all contingent on finalization of the Blizzard licensing, but so far, we're pretty much good to go.

Each tournament will have their own $600 Prize Pool.

sounds awesome,but please change Nostalgia for a more modern map like Jade Matchpoint Overwatch,2 players map could be cool since the ladder is missing that.

pretty much everyone vetoes nostalgia so yes replace it.
my suggestion would be a new asl map like crossing field.

Awesome, very excited. I would recommend changing the map pool a bit though, replacing arcadia/nostalgia with jade/aztec.

Wow, thats is such a great news.
May be reconsider prize pool distribution? It looks too 1st place heavy, while 3rd/4th place just 25% less then 2nd place. I suggest 1st 280, 2nd 140, 3/4th 90.

Can you specifically explain about the participation? I cannot understand fully whether this is a region lock tour or globally (all regions) can play.

I'm guessing so. But how will this tournament organizers collect Korean players? feel like there's gonna be only 2 or 3 max in South Korea region tournament on Sept 30th.

Good news, why not create a poll for map pool selection?

Please remove Nostalgia and replace it with a playable map. A two player map wouldn't hurt. Match Point, Destination, even Blue Storm.
