I disagree but I don't think this is the best place to discuss pros/cons of that
Why don't you want to see supply counts? BW has had observer supply counts and even unit counts, and GOM had it (proof: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NsZmZhrAHa0). Why did Afreeca not get this from GOM?
Someone said that they aren't showing game timers because they were used for prop betting... I can't believe this because bettors can easily find something else to bet on and prop bets can get infinitely creative. And betting sites could easily add a timing layer to streams. Is this true / is there a link to an official explanation?
ya, I realize they had them later on. I feel that the only time that they may be useful is late game because they spoil too much in terms of who's in the lead and if the game is over. It's true that its difficult for a beginner to tell who's in the lead just from seeing the game but I don't think having supply count is a perfect solution precisely because of what I previously mentioned.
