Hi guys,
I made an account to post about this. I was watching the CRTL finals reps(they're publicly available -- https://www.dropbox.com/sh/2v86z81vynelxrp/8o9bNsJjmj/jacklinks vs MVP) mostly because there was accusations of stream cheating during the Finals when Prodigy_MvP accused JackLinks of stream cheating when his lings followed a probe into the 4th.
I can say having watched the game 7 replay that indeed JackLinks's hatchery had vision of the probe, and he was not cheating.
However, what I discovered was quite interesting: Prodigy_MvP was the one cheating! There's an incredibly high chance that he was cheating during games 6 and 7 when his tournament life was on the line.
Just read my evidence, then decide for yourself:
Obviously everyone has already seen that there is screenshot proof posted by Ninazerg that Prodigy_MvP was logged into the live stream during the crimson finals.
With that said, let's view the other evidence:

The significant evidence will be in bold.
First scout standard throughout the series.
12:50 An excellently timed attack to the newly formed base at 6:00. Could be lucky timing though.
16:44 He attacks the center base as well as the 6:00 base simultaneously by splitting his army up to attack both locations at once despite not having scouted these bases as being currently taken. Could be lucky attack pathing and guessing though.
19:18 He randomly decides to attack 3:00 without ANY prior knowledge of it. No scouting, nothing. Despite this base being extremely illogical for zerg to currently possess -- He doesn't bother attacking/checking any other bases.
Instead, he A moves his entire army to the undiscovered 3:00 base. He DOESNT check any other base after killing 3:00. Why? Because he knows they aren't taken. In fact, this is 20 mins into the game, and he hasn't scouted the bottom right a single time by this point, which is a likely base for zerg to possess.
Notice at 23:30~ he sends two DTs -- One to 5:00, and One to 6:00 -- ONLY after the zerg has taken both of them simultaneously. He's NEVER checked if 5:00 has been taken until this point despite the game being 23 minutes in. The timing is extremely suspicious in my mind. Notice how he doesnt check 3:00 or the center at this point.

This game honestly has no explanation. The evidence is overwhelming, and I can't figure out a reason that the events could have taken place unless Prodigy_MvP was cheating.
At ~17:15 Prodigy_MvP seems to forget about the lurkers at his 3:00 base, and as such, he moves his army away. Meanwhile, JackLinks has now initiated stop lurkers at 3:00, so they won't attack probes immediately when they're transferred.
Prodigy_MvP makes a nexus and eventually begins transferring probes to that base. Clearly, he's forgotten about the stop lurkers, or else he would've killed them before transferring probes.
However, this is where it gets REALLY interesting. Check around 18:30. Now that probes have been transferred to 3:00 and have just started mining minerals, he immediately attacks 3:00 with his army and moves his probes away from 3:00 BEFORE lurkers have a chance to fire at probes as if he was warned by someone(a caster or someone watching the stream) that there were stop lurkers at 3:00 that he had missed with his army, and they were about to kill his probeline.
So despite, what we can assume to be a complete lack of knowledge of the stop lurkers at 3:00(If he knew they were there, he would've killed them with his army before transferring probes), we have a reaction to hidden units on the map before they have a chance to reveal themselves.
I think that the evidence combined indicates that Prodigy_MvP was cheating multiple times throughout the finals. It wasn't an isolated incident where someone messaged him once and he forgot to DND. It's clear to me that he had every intention to cheat to win, and he failed to do even that.
Watch the replays, and see if you agree -- especially the bolded parts. I don't think it's possible for the evidence to be more obvious though.
I honestly feel bad for sync[gm] because if Prodigy_MvP did cheat, and it seems incredibly likely that he did, then he just gave away ~$30 to a cheater who happened to get second place. A cheater who would have betrayed the trust of the entire BW community and all of the viewers who were watching the finals live. Nonetheless, a big thank you goes to sync[gm] for organizing this event and for releasing the replays publicly.

Hmm, it was the Crimson Starleague finals, not the C-Ranks Teamleague finals, but close enough, lol.
As for the possible cheating, I've talked to MVP about it before this post. As to what's gonna happen to him in my league is up to me, but I guess the community's opinion is up to them.
As to whether he cheated? I guess we'll never know 100% until he does something like admit that he was watching the stream while playing.

For some reason I doubt someone has been following CRTL and Crimson Starleague and not have a TL account and randomly decide to make a TL account...idk if MVP actually cheated or not, but @MrBlack2, unless you actually did just make an account, have the balls to post a cheating accusation on your main

I talked Sync about this in private and thought everything was going to be taken care of, however someone who I should name thought it would be a good idea to post this in public because they dont like MVP, but they were too chicken shit to post it under their real ID

So what's wrong with this information being made public? From the evidence it looks quite certain that he did some form of stream-cheating. Don't you think that the participants/viewers of this league as well as any other league Mvp might be involved with would want to at least look at the replays for themselves?
And why does it matter that "mr black" wants to be anonymous? He presented specific examples with the game time and replays linked in his post. His post alone makes him credible, who he actually is doesn't affect the argument he made.

The game 6 stuff could happen, there have been more compelling instances than that and it turned out the player didn't cheat. Especially at lower levels, players do shit pretty randomly; and I can envision both of those being coincidences.
Game 7 lurker stuff I will have to look at some-point, but it definitely sounds bizarre.
Bottom line though is that I don't think this is enough to say the player definitely cheated. It's undoubtedly some very shady shit, but cheating is perhaps the strongest accusation you can level against a player, and one I don't think people should rush to make judgments on, especially given the ease of seeing low level play as cheating when that is what you are expecting to see.

I didn't think it was needed to call MVP out when someone told him about stop lurkers and fishy game 6 but the person that felt they needed to post this did like a coward.

wtf jacklinks every single game instead of putting a fifth hatch in his third took a fourth base with it, and when i blocked with pylon at his natural on FS the drone didnt go scout my base or take the natural base, it went to 3:00 o clock it was pretty obvious he was going to take 6 o clock again as his fourth and i admitted to cheating for the game on aztec with the stop lurkers, i recieved a msg and instead of ignoring it or being on DND, i responded and due to that, i didn't recieve an invite to crimson season 3

Cheating is a serious accusation and if somebody is gonna dirty the name and accuse someone of cheating, they should at least use their own name too otherwise good people's reputation can be ruined by wimps who just make smurf accounts

You seem confused. 3 o clock is the middle right base. You are trying to refer to the 9 o clock base which wasn't even in question. The reference to 3 o clock was 19 minutes into the game when you send your entire army to the mid right base to attack with zero previous scouting of it.

I find it funny that the guy who brings this cheating to light is receiving more scrutiny than the one who actually cheated. Also, suggesting that Mvp had a good reputation in the first place is laughable. Since mr black made a supported argument of why he thinks Mvp cheated that makes him a "wimp" trying to "dirty the name" of Mvp? It's much different than if some smurf had posted a one liner accusation with no support or explanation. Personally I applaud mr. black for taking the time to fully flesh out his explanation and providing the replays for people to examine for themselves.
