Sad really. I hope you are never allowed to play in any BW foreign tournaments again and you are perma banned from this site for cheating, utterly pathetic.
Make of it what you will but seems his argument is that he didn't try to cheat...someone just messaged him in game and he didn't have DND on.

Well he admitted to cheating himself so theres really nothing more to discuss.
EDIT : How is MVP being allowed to play in Crimson but not 3? lol? ....Not that I care as he needs to cheat to win but really, I mean normally when someone is caught cheating like this they are done, and honestly if someone messaged him in game, and he was innocent, it wouldn't of been hard to hit print screen to prove his innocence, when i'm sure he'd want to do, even if he was cheating......He got caught, and is scrambling for a way to recover clearly.

MVP was obsing my game vs. aeghrur in DRTL on Circuit Breaker a few seasons ago. He messaged aeghrur, telling him that I had not gone for 1 base tech PvZ like I normally did vs. MVP in practice. What aeghrur did was: 1. he told me he had to ask for a re 2. when I asked why, he explained that he had been given insider information about the game from MVP.
That is both 1. the proper and most honest approach to such a situation, something MVP should have done right then and there, but instead he wanted to win so badly that he tried to use the knowledge to his advantage, 2. more evidence of MVP cheating.
I know that it is hypocritical of me to judge, but I also agree that a lasting ban would be logical if not expressly mandatory.

Eh, I don't understand what you're asking? "How is MVP being allowed to play in Crimson but not 3?"

Already pretty solid evidence he cheated, he even admitted to it.
Should really just ban him from everything at this point imo.

i dont think its really "cheating" that i got msg'd and it's not like rules state that i have to be on DND and i wasn't informed of it, only reason im referring to it as cheating is that the final verdict by syncc was that even though it wasnt intentional, it still falls under cheating

There is really no way that this is NOT cheating.

even with the probes being saved the game was still over.... i dont even think bisu could of won that game if he had taken over in that position

Both you(for not saying it, asking for a regame/taking the loss if it was over like you said) and the asshole who cheated for you are at fault here.

It is your intent rather than the outcome that is important. Let's not get this mixed up.
