SynC: What do you think of MVP's run in the league and are you impressed by his wins?
jacklinks: hmm I've known MVP for awhile and I knew he had some skills, so I knew he was going to make it far in the tourny, but I didn't think he would make it passed [sic] Elegant, I was a tad surprised

SynC: Do you see yourself as the favorite versus MVP? As many people are voting you to win...
jacklinks: I dont see myself as a favorite, hes playing protoss after all, storm, goons and zealots all he needs to win

SynC: Haha, that's all Protoss always needs to win... ;D What do you see as the strengths and weaknesses of MVP's Protoss game? Do you think he's prone to tilting after losing consecutive games, evidenced by his games with Sero?
jacklinks: ahh honestly I haven't watched any of his recent games, I know he talks mad shit about everyone, I think thats his way of coping with losses

SynC: He's told me on multiple occasions that he KNOWS he can beat you, slowly picking you apart in games and after a couple of losses, that you'll give up and lose the series. What are your comments on his predictions?
jacklinks: lol, he used to beat me with better macro and I don't think that will help him this time. and last games I played vs him was ZVT on stream and won 2-1, he told people he won 3-1 so he lives in his own world, I'm not playing as crisp as i used to so he has a chance . As for giving up after a couple of losses that wont happen, pretty sure mvp will be really sour after losing a couple games. I just hope he keeps it civil either way the series goes

SynC: Haha, your responses are so interesting... In the situation that he decides to talk trash to you during games, what can we expect from you in response?
jacklinks: ummm I'm not going to trash talk him, but I do want to beat him so any shit he does say has no meaning behind it

SynC: One more question before we close it off, who do you think will win between EleGant and castle, by what score, and why?
jacklinks: PvP could go either way, but I'll give the edge to castle not sure if their match is bo5 or bo7 but I think it will go ace match with castle taking it

jacklinks: now i know what its like for hotbids victims -.- too much pressure in interviews
SynC: Haha, it's a Bo5... Unfortunately, I don't watch Hot_Bid, but I did see that he interviewed Jaedong and he responded in English, so that's cool..

SynC: Anyways, thanks for your time, and as a closing statement, any words for those who voted for you to beat MVP in the finals?
jacklinks: Hopefully we have good games with me winning 4-0, but itll prolly be like 4-2 for me. Great tournament btw sync, i had a lot of fun and go smurfs CRTL finals woohoo

SynC: So, MVP, what do you think of jacklink's run in the league and how impressed are you about the quality of opponents he's faced and beaten?
MVP: i think he got the easy route, but i expected him to make it to the finals from the start

SynC: How do you feel about viewers picking jacklinks to be the favorite to win the Finals?
MVP: well 90% said elegant would win against me and look how that turned out, 3-1, and 1 loss because i decided i was so ahead i could try a random build that i never tried before

SynC: Ahh, so you're not phazed at all by any means? Would you say you're even more motivated to win because people see you as the underdog?
MVP: yeah people underestimating my skill makes my blood boil. it makes me want to do anything possible to prove them wrong. i should probably lay off dexter and start practicing, just checked polls 13 to 6. cant risk losing finals

SynC: Haha, haven't watched Dexter yet, but apparently, the finale was a bit iffy... So how confident would you say you can beat jacklinks, what score, and what would you say you can capitalize on a weakness of jacklinks, if he has one?
MVP: yeah dexter goes down after season 4, main writer leaves, im pretty confident, i think it'll be a easy 4-0, i think his weakness is he captilizes on game sense but doesnt have mechanics to back them up, ill try to do tri prong attacks etc to catch him off gaurd, really agressive builds

SynC: I think we all want to know... What kind of trash talking are you going to do during the game? ;D
MVP: none, until the very end. when i win i will tell him, i will pretend im a god and ask him to do what a obsessive believer would do: bow down, and pray that i have mercy next time i meet him etc. and also tell him he's no match for the mvp. if i lose than i'll be silent give him a congrats on winning

SynC: lol... Prideful if you win, humble if you lose, lol? So one more question before we end off the interview, any words for jacklinks if you two were talking right before the game started?
MVP: prepare for the anal penetration, im going in dry! thats all i would tell him, assert the dominance is key, ruin his mentality before game and its hilarious

SynC: Haha, indeed it is.. Classy until the very end of the day...

SynC: Yup! So to end it off, any plans on participating in Season 2 of the next Crimson Starleague?
MVP: if i get invited ye, ill participate for sure
