Is there a collection of all tricks somewhere including how its done?

I know liquipedia has some but they are spread out.

If not i will try and make one.

By tricks i mean all technical tricks and bugs. Like muta micro and invisible zerg for example.

there are specific unit tricks but nothing that I know of in small guide. Most tricks are usually done abusing or breaking the Magic box.

Actually you cant gather gas any faster because of it, there is no way to reduce join-timer on gas. You cant lessen the drone count to 2 either. From my tests it has no use.

You can however get drones to pop 4 tiles away from the gas (put a pool left/right of gas, thats 3 tiles, it will pop on the 4th (left/right of pool))

Trutacz has recently showed up a set up similar to Zero's (on stream) and it significantly boosts the gas income.

In the process of preparing it, however, you greatly reduce your rate of mining gas so it's hardly practical in regular 1v1 games.

Can you please explain how it can boost something that has a timer. Each drone spends x amount of time in the gas. This cant be lowered.

I did test this where 1:20 m:s always gathered 400 gas no matter if trick or not.

If gas would be exactly beside hatch you would need 2 drones and it would gather gas at the same rate as 3 drone in normal range.

What you do "earn" from this is faster gathering as in terms of drone leaves gas and give it to hatch. I.E if you had gas over whole map (128x128) it would take quite the time until you get the gas, however you would gather gas at the exact same RATE as if gas was just beside hatch.

This delivery time reduction does not serve more gas but gives you the gas 1 second faster than regularly. It has no game impact whatsoever.

Edit: i watched the clip and he did no testing. For trutaacz id say try it and time it. Say 500 gas and see how long it takes with/without trick. Conclusion will be the same time, as drones arent leaving any faster inside gas.

He also added a 4th drone making it even worse than regular 3 drone less drones for minerals.

Edit2: if you need empirical evidence ill do it after work (in 4 hours).

I saw someone bring up the numbers in the FBW discord, but I can't find them at the moment. I did find people repeating TT's set up like you said you had done and they seemed to agree it does not actually improve mining at all, even gimps it.
In that case I have nothing to say, but confirm that for all purposes, this set up sucks

2 computers mining. For some reason drones bug out and stop after delivering when using this trick on computer, so i had to add more drones because of that.

I've seen firebathero in a ladder game making mass archons using high templar allucinations and raping a zerg.
Very funny, but I wasn't able to copy the trick. Someone show and explain maybe?
People have the right to be stupid. Some people abuse that privilege.

Now "Move" Command on Overlord with Drone to make Drone stay put + dont attack enemy. Be sure Hydras arent too far away from Drone as that will make Protoss able to a-click ground to kill the Drone. Same with using 1 Hydra only. Between Hydra shots, a-click could kill the Drone. This wall is also doable with Terran using SCV and ebay/rax)

I use that drone wall trick in that lurker individual de map and win the fastest every time. By burrowing then unburrowing so it doesnt trigger the enemy seeing a wall and attacking everything.

I made a thread a long time ago with most of the tricks in the game. I know it was incomplete but it had a lot.

I just remembered this one.. Its still doable in SCR.

HOW: The time from clicking Siege to the actual Siege animation starting (tank needs to turn around) is the time you have for the building to land. If siege animation starts before building lands, it explodes. Position tank so it takes the longest amount of time to start siege animation.. I.E facing top left. Then click very late just before building lands. If you do this in a regular game you better click late than early, as that wont explode it.

P.S I havent tested if there is a possibility to make it immune to melee units, say lings by sieging exactly center of a building.

A trick I found out today that I hadn't realized before:

You can use alt-C to center your screen on your group of units even if one of them is far away (for example if you have mutas + overlord selected). Double tapping hotkey or pressing alt-1 doesn't work unless you have a lot of units, but alt-C does even with just 1 muta and 1 overlord. You select the hotkey (ie 1) and then alt-C. It's possible to micro 2 groups of mutas in different locations more or less easily with this method.

One can Spawn Broodling an Archon. You must use 2 Spawn Brood casts on 2 High Templars before they merge. In my example the first spell hits 1 of the already merged High Templars and does nothing (as its supposed to). When the second spell hits the other High Templar one set of broodlings spawn! Works on Dark Archons too.

Also Surrounded Drone Hop Bug still works... You surround a drone so it can barely move and order it build a hatchery nearby. It seems to work when on one side the drone is next to a ledge. Tested it works with all Zerg buildings except for extractor. Spamming on extractor just makes the drone float over and build it instead of teleporting.
