Hi, guys,
Well, heard that Bisu has been doing well in ladder games recently, going for unorthodox strategies/builds and even beating Flash in one occasion. The following link shows Bisu going for D-Web against tanks www.youtube.com and another link showing Bisu opting for scouts to kite scourges, www.youtube.com.
The following link shows Bisu beating Flash in ladder, www.youtube.com. What do you guys think? Is Bisu better now in his PvT or him beating Flash is just a one-off occasion considering Flash will not be participating in future tournaments? Let's discuss.

the scout thing was just a troll build, definitely not viable by any means. he was just way better than his opponent.
flash is still a great terran obviously but he hasnt been practicing as much due to wrist injury. not to mention the two have played each other so much that they can meta one another. so, him beating flash in a ladder game doesnt necessarily mean his pvt is godly.
D-web against tanks has always been viable though. definitely wanna see "pros" trying it more. of course, its a rather large investment (fleet beacon, stargate, corsairs) for something that you could just invest into arbiters or carriers and have a much better result.

One thing I forgot to mention is that he lost to Zero in the latest KCM PvZ match, www.youtube.com and Zero continued to beat Mini, Stork and noob with his '9734' build. I think Protosses in general are having a tough time with this build.

Well, if only Bisu can carry his form in ladder games into actual tournaments, and having the ability to mind read his opponent that he can be an actual threat. It is his inconsistency that otherwise would have make him godly.

what exactly is there to discuss? its clear bisu is in a class above most of the other pros given how fast he has managed to regain form and beat other players. he isnt the bisu that was a favourite to beat literally anyone not named flash yet as he still has inconsistencies but hes getting better. a true test of his post army skill would have to be in a real tournament, until then all his games are pretty much practice games. the end

Sorry, I think the title might be a little misleading, but the manner in which he beats Flash when he went archons (in combination with carriers and ground armies), skipping the storm research in the process, and still yield result.
Also, I have read somewhere about the double forge as a counter to Zero's 9734 build but not sure whether it is a legit counter or is just a hype.

Some sponbbang stats for PvT:
all-time (since may 2017) winrate, winrate during last 3 months, all-time winrate vs Flash and all-time winrate vs Last
Bisu 65 69 35 57 Snow 60 70 35 38 Best 59 57 39 48 Rain 58 57 37 35 Mini 53 53 33 35 Stork 43 50 30 28
Bisu got the best PvT. Honorable mention to Snow for having second best all-time and best current winrate, and to Best for having the best winrate vs Flash

Those were some very entertaining games!

Found it here www.youtube.com, the double forge counter to Zero's 9734 build. It will be interesting if anyone can translate what Jaedong is saying.

Post-military results are always a rarirty, no it's really that surprising considering it's Bisu, but let's indeed hope he can carry his victories over to offline tourneys.

eh i think the op just completely misreads bisus gameplay right now......
like the game he won vs Flash.. bisu played well his carrier style tvp is strong.. it looks in decent shape but a big BUT that game flash went for an harassment style opening 1siege into mine/speed vults (vs bisus 2 or 3gate goons) flash ends up doing 0 harasment on probes and not slowing down bisu in anyway on since bisu opened rather safely no fast triple and he is forced to take a more or less not too quick 3rd ccin this case the opening did not pay off at all and put him behind in earlygame and with slower armory&upgrade timings from that point on bisu was in a lead (big or small) its basically tough luck like you gamble sometimes it does not payoff and you will have to play from a disadvantage..^
edit i was not talking about that ''ladder game''(its not a ladder map so it was not a ladder game btw) this was a 4:4 team battle with flash and bisu in it(willl check out the other game right now!)
edit2: oh i see the map that 2 player i think its crossroads? forgot the name bisu shows the best carrier style to play on that map in my opinions its the strongest style to play that map also with the shuttle elevator/rvrs / carrier in mid game into the terran low ground main in the back from the highground... endless backstabbing and picking off units so cost effective!

an extremely likely offline bo5 between flash v bisu coming soon in the chinese BW people radio cup, dont miss it!
