Or perhaps cohesion blooms when everyone's actually talking? Maybe just screaming strategy into the void won't cut it? I once saw a team completely fall apart because nobody listened to the shot caller. The tension was thicker than molasses. It was like watching a slow motion train wreck, reminiscent of some truly devastating plays during a particularly intense round of, uh, Slope Game strategies gone wrong. I was basically pulling my hair out.

Could it be that chatting effectively builds team unity, which then makes everyone play better? Interesting food for thought! Thinking about this makes me remember that time we were totally stuck on a crazy boss in a game, we started actually coordinating our attacks and movement patterns, and boom geometry dash! Down it went.
