Though ultraedit might be good enough IDK.. At any rate I have played it quite a bit.. Even won the proleague title with CJ in season 2.. using only the players that are on their team now. It definitely helps to put Kwanro on low eco maps, since his aggressive style is really good on those maps.. So if the map's 2nd bar is low, then I believe that the map is low eco, if the map's first bar is low then It's a very small map? Not sure what the 3rd bar is.. but someone correct me if any of that is wrong =P Kwanro went 9-1 for me in season 3 using this method. Iris/Savior/Much are pretty good on macro maps though.

Make sure the players' conditions are kept top level with hot packs and don't spend money on anything else. You can make like 700-800 per season which is good enough to get 1 good player or 2-3 mediocre players with good potential. Having solid macro protosses and terrans with maps like Destination, Harmony is useful. Katrina SE second season is lucky too.
