Stormplugin for 1.16.1 is included in the Chaoslauncher archive.

Features:
* Hide the progressbar in replays
Press Ctrl+H to toggle it while viewing a replay
* Unshift hotkeys on AZERTY keyboards
French and similar layouts are called AZERTY named after the first characters
of the first line of these keyboards. These layouts have the strange property
that if you press a number without shift you actually type some special character
and you need to press shift to access numbers which includes unithotkeys.
This setting is not to be used with american, german etc keyboard layouts.
* Press Ctrl+L to find out who is lagging.
If you are the one who is lagging you will get a wrong result,
just like you get a wrong result in the dropscreen if you disconnected.
This uses the default starcraft lag/dropscreen. If nobody is lagging it will not show up.
Alphaversion - May still contain bugs
Like every 3rd partytool working together with Starcraft there is a small risk,
that blizzard decides to invalidate the users Accounts/CD-Keys or give you losses for won games.
Hooks Starcraft functions, so the risk is larger than with Chaosplugin.

Oh, first bug report:
When PenguinPlug was first released, this was its only feature. It had the same bug that this plugini has right now: confusing French and Belgian keyboards. Superpenguin fixed that with some help back then. Anyway, here's the Belgian keyboard numerical setup:
1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | 0
& | é | " | ' | ( | § | è | ! | ç | à
edit: spacing doesnt end up well when I post, tried to clarify
as you can see, slight differences with the french setup, so 6 and 8 get switched around. Also, it seems to use this unshifted numbers in game lobby too.
Thanks for making this still, bugs shouldnt be hard to fix.

Okay this is a really noob question but
what is unshifting AZERTY keyboards mean? I'm pretty sure I don't have this type but I'd like to know whether I should enable/disable on a standard American keyboard

Look at your keyboard. It probably says QWERTY in the first few keys in the top-left corner of all the letters.
If it says QWERTY dont turn it on.

Wait... so I can't use the Stormplugin if I have a QWERTY keyboard? T_T

Update to support keyboardlayout French(Belgium). Select correct layout in the config.
This feature is not usefull for other keyboard layouts and thus disabled by default. Also unshift is only active now while ingame, but does not deactivate if you chat while ingame.
The show lag feature is just the normal lagscreen. This screen normally shows up if the packet from one player is at least 2.5 seconds too late. While you press Ctrl+L the screen shows up even if the packet is only a few milliseconds too late. I'm not sure how reliably it identifies the correct lagger.

Can someone explain how I'm supposed to be using this?
I extracted it into my ChaosLauncher folder, and I got a looping error message, "ChaosPlugin does not support this SC-Version. Contact me if you want to change that."
In the plugins list I have a blank checkbox, which causes the error to appear indefinitely if I click on it, forcing a force-quit. I'm really only interested in the lag-detector. =o

It only shows up for you. But you should not press it too long as it might lag you too then. And you should not use it to drop someone.
Normally SC shows the lagbox if some player does not send updates for 2.5 seconds. While you hold Ctrl+L it shows up instantly when a packet is missing. So I don't know how reliable the detection is, as it uses the buildin dropscreen mechanism of SC which is not designed for that purpose. But in my test it showed the right player.

oh wait, how about enabling users to scroll on the progress bar of the replays? Because it's really painful when I miss out on something and I need to load the replay again. Just a suggestion.

skylark, that isn't possible. blizzard would need to change the way replays work for that, and that's not going to happen.

i just found out about stormplugin today and oh my god this is so incredibly hot
first lan latency on bnet, now detecting who is the lagger?
MasterOfChaos, you're probably a major factor contributing to why bnet is still well and alive

IMO they should follow the example of ID Software and publish the sc source under GPL2. That would allow true community developement. Hireing is never going to happen. And the skills required for reversing are quite different from those required for developing a game. All third party extensions would have been trivial with access to the source.

It can't be run with ICC-Launcher. The current implementation would trigger the antihack too.
But I could split the unshift hotkeys part off, which should be compatible with the antihack, but not the launcher.

Whenever I try to play single player campaign games with stormplugin loaded I get an error message about an integer overflow. It's nothing big because it's not crashing the game or something, it's just a bit annoying and I thought I'd mention it.

I'm using 1.15.3 Broodwar and Launcher. stormplugin.log.
I'm not entirely sure that stormplugin is the one causing it, but I tested it a few times with different settings and it only happened with stormplugin and specifically progressbar hiding enabled.

I checked all the log files and it's actually HackDetector that's causing it.
