We just have to wait and see :D To be fair though, CJ, Stars, and Khan are teams that have some sort of obligation to fail in the largest of stages. This isn't the first time all of those teams choked. Surely it's their fault for choking and not KT's fault for stepping up. I remember you singing a very, very different tune when those same teams lost to SKT last year.
I think both happened, KT played incredibly well against CJ who honestly did not look anything like a #2 team in the matches. Same with their games against Stars, KT really did show that they're not KTFlash is the slightest in those games

Dude. 南京西路 is like the classiest strip in Shanghai, based on property prices alone. You're talking up to 15元/sq. m/day. I am impressed.

SKT played CJ in playoffs last year: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=136634 http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=136928 http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=137408
And then played WeMade.
After that they played STX, which KT also played this year.
Oh and just for the lulz, let's bring out a post from the end of the CJ day 3 thread.

You've always been a bigger troll than me, Lightwip. You pretty much define passive-aggressive posting on TL net.
One of these days I'm going to go down your post history and see how many times I can find that sort of behavior. =D

OT: SKT winning this is probably most plausible because KTFlash is looking particularly vulnerable. Even in a format such as Winner's League, SKT was able to bring the depth of their team into play against KT's one-man monsoon, and the whole thing was over in a Flash.

Ah l0st_romantic is back T_T oh dear..
Personally i feel that KT is looking strong, since their players are mostly performing up to snuff.
They will need some nice line-ups or even stronger performance from their players to fight SKT in the finals though

What the hell, dude? Do you legitimately think it's okay to insult someone like this just because they disagree?
edit- BTW, you played CJ and STX the same as KT, the difference was we played woongjin while you played Wemade, and I'm not sure how woongjin is any more or less chokeworthy than wemade.

Khan is a choke team.
You just...what? Khan were not only playoff regulars over the past few years, but multiple time finalists and winners.
Khan hasn't choked in playoffs for like the last five years. Not once. They almost constantly play above expectation and all of their losses are hard fought. You're ridiculous if you think Khan is a choke team.
Do you just think anyone who loses choked?

Quite true--KT has depth, although the deck is probably still stacked in SKT's favor since they have a very strategic coach and players notoriously good at execution (rf. Kingdom's discussion about Bisu).
To be honest, KT vs SKT isn't about one man teams--it's about Flash vs. Oov, the current Terran genius vs. the Terran genius of old, an asymmetrical fight between one really great player who gets to directly shape how two rounds go vs. another great player who gets to shape how each round might be fought.

I wanna see how Lightwip expects to weasel his way out of this one.
EDIT:
Guys, it should be pretty obvious what Lightwip's forum tactics are--first, stake a position that sounds reasonable but is completely inflammatory, then, constantly try to push it forward, and finally, whenever someone decides enough is enough and argues back, call them a troll.
To borrow from one of his complaints about Flash's games, it would be amusing to watch if it were not so boring.

I don't think SKT will lose unless KT zergs somehow learn to ZvZ and ZvT. However KTFlash hasn't existed for ages, in fact guys like Hoejja are doing a better job carrying the team than him since he drops games like hell. I mean come on KT beat CJ, who fanboys keep touting their depth, 4-2 both days with Flash losing in the 2nd day.
Unless Flash treats this like a finals series and does an extremely good build, I'm sure he's going to end up losing his games without a doubt. His form hasn't been good enough to just wing it like he seems to normally do.
