It can kill 2fact with proper micro and you can lose with bad, but usually it ends in sort of a stalemate. It all comes down to the micro of both players basically.
I actually find PvT on Colo to be easier than a lot of other current maps. I never go carriers on it though... just mass ground with storm and arb and do whatever I can do stop the T from taking their 4th. Once they take a 4th it's pretty easy for them to take the whole main at which point they can turtle to victory.
Almost every game it seems the T's I play for siege expand so I just 1 gate range pressure their wall and expand. I played one terran who walled off before my scout could get in into a 2 rax rine+scv all-in though, and it completely owned. I wonder why T's don't do it more often.
I mean colo isn't nearly as gay (imo) as destination where the T doesn't have to attack at all the whole game and can just slowly ooze out and defend their half... and win by doing that. All two player maps are that way to some degree but destination with the small bridges and ramps everywhere makes it worse.

They can also go 2 fac and it's tough to stop them from gaining control of your cliff.
