Hi!
Me and some five (six) friends are thinking about going to Wcg Germany in Cologne. Now there's a few question I would like to ask to those who live in Berlin/Cologne (other can answer too if you know).
1. Do you know any cheap hotel/motel/hostel in Cologne which is located near Koelnmesse( that's where Wcg is being held right?  )
2. If we fly to Berlin instead of flying directly to Cologne (it's cheaper to Berlin), are there any busses going to Cologne from Berlin and if there are are they cheap/expensive?

I don't think there are busses, there might be. I think flying directly to Cologne will be cheaper and less of a hassle if the flight isn't at least 40€ more.
you can easily stay in another city if you don't find anything reasonable in Köln, like Bonn, Brühl, Leverkusen, Düsseldorf, and lots of others. just check on a map. you'll find something, but don't expect it to be very cheap.

We found a flight trip that costs 40 euros lol :D. That's nothing!
Sweden -> Berlin, so the train would be the best ya. It costs a lot more to fly directly to Koeln because not many do that, it's abut 80 - 140 euros ...

EDIT:
The flight is from Sweden -> Frankfurt! Frankfurt is more near Koeln than Berlin!
