I got an android phone and I'm looking for some cool apps, if you know any please share... I'll start things off.
Blood Brothers A neat RPG that is all about crawling dungeons and collecting monsters. It's pretty much like Pokemon except all the battles are automated. You make teams of monsters you collect and you battle them against NPCs. If you're the OCD gamer type and you can make it past the tutorial this will be a very rewarding game.
Sims FreePlay This one is cool if you like the Sims and tamagotchi's. All actions are in real time so you just set your sim to do something and do something else. It is a great time waster and if you ever enjoyed a sims game then get this one. Graphically it is very nice.
Bike Race The best Android game I've played. This is a physics based racing game. You send ghosts to people and they race your ghosts. It is very addicting and easy to play.
AdAway The best app ever, no more accidently clicking ads and opening up your browser... no more paying 1 or 2 dollars for the add free version. This app essentially blocks all ads within apps. For example, here is a screenshot I just took of the Starcraft 2 Assistant... notice the lack of an ad? http://imgur.com/7H8qp (this app requires you rooted your phone)
Dota 2 Guide This app is amazing if you want to play DotA 2. I'm new and I like to random. When I get a hero I never played before I'll open up their page on the DotA 2 guide to see item builds and skill builds. It is also a great read
SC2 builds When I'm trying out a new build I like to choose a build from this app and keep it next to my keyboard. Some of the builds are outdated but they still work on the ladder, especially in the lower leagues.
Google Chrome Most android phones come with a standard browser that aesthetically is similiar to chrome... but technically it functions a bit worse than Chrome... download Chrome today.
Monopoly If you have at least 3 other friends with you this app is awesome. Sometimes I go to a friend's house to play card games and drink beers... we pass around this app to play monopoly whilst playing cards. This game is really cool if you want something passively fun.
Anyway, that's all I got, if you guys have any please let me know!
Any Kairosoft game You're set for hours. You basically manage anything from a sushi place, hot string, soccer team, a mall, etc. I think I beat 6 or 7 out of the 10 or so they have in English, a HUGE time killer. They're paid games though. However, they're really cheap and you get hours of entertainment instead of those free to play but pay to buy coin games which just sap your wallet.
Do-don-pachi Good shump port. Again this is a paid game but I really really enjoy it for when I'm commuting.
Pulse News My favourite news app. It allows you to go through a massive amount of websites and add them to you own virtual "newspaper". You can then see the most recent articles from the sites you've added, and scroll to see older releases. It's pretty much a condensed version of a ton of websites of your choice.
Dolphin Browser This is the best browser I've found so far for android. Uses a very effective tab system, which is extremely useful.
1. Manage your battery expenditure, get a cool dropdown bar on the top of your screen for instant status update of your phone, and effectively save battery life both long and short term.
Any GO App GO Launcher EX - This is a one stop app that gives you tonnes of customisation, everything from your home screen to your app drawer. They have a massive library of add-ons too for pretty much everything you can think of, conveniently placed in their own app store. Most are free! GO SMS is amazing and one of my fav of their apps, set individual message tones, has its own built in drawing and pic app for sending silly messages to other GO SMS users. Has a pop-up window when you get a new SMS. The list goes on
GOOGLE Sky Map This comes pre-installed on many phones but also many don't have it by default. I love looking up at the night sky and now when you look up, you can find out what you are looking at. I am an experienced amateur astronomer and this makes finding the things I want to look at much easier. No more relying on memory or hard to read charts. Want to see Jupiter? Turn this on and find it in seconds. Wherever your phone is pointed, the screen shows you whats up there.
Twitch TV Watch any Twitch stream on your phone. need I say more.
Double Twist My fav media player ever. Not much else to say, great ui, great features, plays just about anything audio or video.
DOTAFire for android Same idea as the dota 2 app listed in the op except better lol. Its dotafire but on your android, all the guides you know and love. Much better and more varied guides than the op one and the ui etc is much easier to read and navigate for those cruicial moments in game!

Yeah, how else will google know what I want to see when I open Google now.
Any recommendation for a great RPG ? Seriously the phones capabilities are much higher than a SNES, yet the games are so awful...I wouldn't mind paying $20+ if the game was good. And I pretty much played all SNES RPGs already thanks to the SNES emulator for Android.
I haven't found any good RPG's. I have 780 SNES roms but I've yet to try out the android app. I too really want to play it for RPGs but I'm sketched out about the controls.
Since you've played the RPGs for the Snes how does Sabin's blitzes work? Are they easy to execute or impossible? I really want to play Final Fantasy again but I don't see the point if I can't use Sabin.

I played FF6 many times before I got my Android phone so I wouldn't know for Sabin blitzes. However I must admit that it took me around an hour to catch the fucking rat in Chrono Trigger.

Spectral Souls is an amazing JRPG for the android platform. Costs a pretty penny at $15, but it's definitely one of the best ones available for android, and it seems that the kind of price they put on it was based on a TON of dev work. Highly recommended the FF ports are alright, but I don't think they're that great.

I'll give a try to Spectral souls, thanks.

Anyone can recommend me good console emulators for Android? I haven't played anything on my S3 in ages
The primary game I play on my android. Have probably countless hours on it. I really like to draw stuff.
Chess Free
Chess will never ever get boring, so this is always good to have on your phone. The AI is pretty good (at least I woops my ass)
Go Free
Another great game I love to play. Made by same developers as Chess Free. I can beat the AI about 50% of the time, so looks like their Go AI is much weaker than their Chess AI, or maybe I just suck ass as Chess.
Dropbox
Dropbox is the best storage tool. Must have if you like online storage.
Plague Inc
I played a lot of games on android and this was the only one that I could get into. Would recommend
Pinky Pie Live
I'm a huge fan of Pinky Pie, so I spend a lot of time just playing with this feature:

Oh well. Do however you like. I prefer spreading my information as much as possible. I don't use Google Search either. The idea of one company tracing (and storing) my whole Internet footprint just doesn't appeal to me.
Great, you are supporting android apps that are created by fellow eSports communitie members like StarCraft 2 and Dota 2 apps and then you suggest no AdAway which will remove all there income. You do know that android apps allready pay for shit and this is not helping. I suggest everyone to remove AdAway if you want to support the creators of these apps, just like not using addblock at streams.
