I am here today, alongside my sister, to bring you something extra special. Long have we wondered “Who is the hottest Sc2 progamer?” with no way of solving the question. There are a number of problems that consistently come up. For one, most of us are male! Similarly, many of us are straight! Finally, we all have many inherent biases that cloud our judgement. Acting in tandem, these issues prevent us from reaching an answer to what is quite certainly the biggest and most pressing concern that faces our community.
That is why I have enlisted the help of my sister. She is 20 years old and autistic. You know how often times people with disabilities get really into certain things? For her, its looking at people, specifically cute guys. Throughout high school, whenever a new yearbook came out, she carefully examined the thing for the entire year. Before long, she would know every instance of a person’s appearance in the book. She would have her favourites, who she would then talk to sometimes, and the people she liked less. My point with all this? She is the absolute foremost authority on the subject of how good looking someone is that I could possibly find. She is entirely without bullshit and entirely without biases of the players.
I have selected 32 players, largely the first players I could think of, and organized them (randomly) into 4 groups of 8. The people will face off against each other in the style of MSL or GSL groups, only instead of a game, I will show a picture of each of them to the judge (aka my sister) and the one deemed hotter will get the win. Top 2 from each group will advance into the round of 16 where they will be seeded into a single elimination bracket. After several rounds of play, a winner will be crowned! For the grand finals, I’m hoping to get a larger vote going to determine the champion.
Because I know this will be asked: Yes this is serious in that its actually happening. No its not serious in that I am indeed dicking around and this has no real point. I just know my sister will enjoy it and that we as a community will get to see something kinda cool, if really odd.
Also special announcement! This will be the first “Sc2 Tournament” that will feature the famed and feared Bisu and Jaedong! How will they compete with the mass of Sc2 players? We’ll just have to wait and see. On the same note, I totally cheated and included Temp0, the rapper guy. Why? If I’m being honest, I wanted to have a black guy involved and there are no black pros as far as I know. Temp0 is close enough!
The first 4 groups’ results will be showed this Friday (October 14th).

Hate to do a Stephen Colbert impression here but she pretty much doesn't see race. Still though, I only know that for black people, there's really not a ton of asian people that went to our high school. We'll see !

I suppose this does add some element of luck but the pictures were grabbed pretty randomly from google images so hotter player = more likely a given picture is flattering = more likely to win.
