I personally think that it wouldn't have been a big deal to move the topic from General to Blog (if they can do that, I'm not sure if blogs are technically different from other sub-forums, and can't be moved), but it was their call to close the first topic. Regardless, if they don't close topics, or make mention of it, and do it all for you, people will never learn. It wouldn't have been hard at all for you to just directly copy/paste your first topic into blogs.

10 years of being involved in the eSports business, Razer don't really publish numbers when it comes to this ![]() Unless Razer customers are the only who post, I don't know for you, but when it comes to MICE, you don't see a ton of people complaining about Logitech or Microsoft, do you? (At least with mice, maybe not other products). Plus, speaking from personnal experience, Logitech always shipped me a new replacement mouse as long as I was within warranty. It was a no-hassle experience, didn't even have to ship my old mouse back, they ran a few tests with me (5 mins), took the Serial, my address and shipping took roughly a week ...

Every company has failure rates. Working in retail showed me that no matter what it is, or how good the company's reputation is, some of the product will be defective out of the box. I've seen it with Logitech and Microsoft mice. We've had dozens of G15s (Okay, it's a keyboard. but it still counts) not work straight out of the box, but that doesn't mean that Logitech is terrible at making keyboards (I bought and love my G15). I'm just trying to say that Razer isn't all that terrible.

If this Razer breaks, I'll probably buy another Razer.

If replacing Razer products with Logitech ones was THAT good, I'm sure there'd be a movement to buy all razer gear and one-by-one replace it with Logitech. Once the word spread, Razer's warehouses would be sold out in seconds. People would line up to buy Logitech's new items, just waiting for the moment they've dreamed of - the moment of replacing their Razer mouse.... and then it would end - like waking up suddenly after a good dream. They'd continue on with their lives using their G9x, but some would realize they actually preferred their Deathadder and start using it again ![]() Also, I've actually never gotten a vasectomy while having a prostate exam nor have I had to call Razer before either, so I cannot comment on your second analogy.

On-topic: my friend had a Razer mouse for nearly 5 years, I bought one about a year ago and it still works as good as it did when I bought it. seriously, unless you have real statistics to prove that Razer is worse than Logi/MS, there's no way for you to prove it wasn't just you being extremely unlucky. oh, and lol @ "I have writing credentials but I won't use them because I'm too busy raging"

The problem with your post - it lacks any facts, and is generally a load of incoherent garbage, so no wonder you can expect it to get closed down.

I guess if you're going to buy an expensive electronic with high failure rate, you should try to get a warranty. Personally I have really bad luck with cameras. Whenever I buy one, no matter what brand it malfunctions day one and I have to return it. And yet if I borrow someone's camera I can use it perfectly, even up to being the same model (so I don't really think it's me just being retarded). I blame the supernatural.

Since I've tried a teammate's DA at LAN and knew it felt comfortable, I thought I'd switch. Plus, my good ole '03 DKT Pad is so used up, I thought I'd switch that as well, combined shipping, got me a DA. Then this.

Lol all you want, how do you even "use credentials" anyways? Mani said that I "couldn't write coherently". I simply said I wouldn't mention my credentials because I don't pay attention to structure or put specific emphasis on my writing when I post here. It's more of a casual thing. On top of that, I like being anonymous here and to me that's worth keeping my identity to myself, regardless of how much credibility I may lose here. TL is huge in foreign SC, but on the global eSports scene, it isn't like my TL alias' credibility was a big threat to what I do.

Yeah, my mouse breaking wasn't fact, the threads I linked where people complained about the same issue and reported also hearing about high failure rates didn't exist. It's all in my imagination. While I've got your attention, may I recommend putting down the pipe when you read blogs, maybe it'll feel a bit more coherent.
