Watch, next we'll see the rare Coke Vanilla! QUICK, EVERYONE, BEGIN SUMMONING LARGE FORMS OF CAFFEINE TO START THE RITUAL! Oh man, I miss Vanilla Coke, that was so delicious. I've got to think Idra has struggled with the travel or something because his level today has been pretty poor for his standards. Presuming he does end up pulling through today it'll be interesting to see the difference in his level come the knockout matches. Why did they remove Vanilla Coke again? This is just disgusting. Protoss can go mass gateways when maxed and remax even faster, and Terrans can get more Barracks to resupply quickly. Why should Zergs be any different? Yes, if only a barracks costed 300 minerals but could produce 10 units simultaneously. If a Zerg is at the point were they have 10 larvae at each hatchery, either their opponent is doing something wrong, or they are doing something wrong. Protoss are stronger at these late game, high resource scenarios, so why should larvae injects be nerfed? No, Zergs are the best in these scenarios.

No other protoss would suicide 2 collosi because of building placement. None. Not a lot of other protoss can go toe-to-toe with Idra in a macro game. Grubby has some work, but he's not terribad. Plus he is rapidly improving considering he just switched (as with SaSe, who I guess picked up the game a lot more quickly) Ret in 6 months (the same time provided to Grubby) already had his name mentioned as being a favorite in top tournaments. Grubby is mentioned today as hopefully being able to win one game....as much as I hate to say it, Grubby is not improving quickly at all. His decision to make his own team and not join and learn from others - although I'm not privy to whatever contacts he practices with - can only hurt him as well.. Difference is Ret started a lot earlier, players are rapidly improving so Grubby requires a lot more catch-up than Ret. Another difference is Ret has spent years playing BW. I don't think people realize how different a game WC3 is. There is a reason why at the release of SC2 the european scene was dominated by former BW players... it takes time to adapt from a game like WC3. I agree, just give Grubby a break. FYI former SC:BW dominate all over the world not only in EU. All SC2 players now in Korea are B-teamer or amatuer in SC:BW.

No brackets, we're in group play. http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/index.php?title=DreamHack_Summer_2011/Groups&stable=1 That hasn't been updated in ages. That's the problem. http://www.readmore.de/index.php?cont=show_groupstage&id=127 This gets updated fairly regularly. Strange layout though. Kind of difficult to read. But it gets the job done.

Jesus christ do you not read this thread at all ? Their stream is linked directly into the LoL game. When they login they can watch it. So it counts everyone playing. You should read again, sure if u log in the game u get to watch the stream but u CANT play and watch. So yes, LOL has legitimate 150k viewers that WATCH the stream and are NOT playing LOL. Its same as if u would have stream details if u log into SC2, but we all know Blizz doesnt care about the game. This is what's confusing me..it's natural that LoL has alot of viewers 1) it's a free game 2) it doesn't cost $60 to buy and get in to But SC2 is so popular even despite that, it can average a good 25-50% of LoL's viewership, if only Blizzard would actually promote the fucking game. It confounds me @_@ Thats pretty much it, Riot is doing their best to promote the game while blizzard did their job by getting u to buy SC2 for those 60$ and they dont care if you like it or not, and they surely wont do anything to promote it, because they wont get directly any money from it which is all they care about. On the other hand, LoL does have around 1.2 million people playing it, im not sure how many people play SC2 but im sure its alot less. Anyways I learned about competative SC2 from TL and not SC2 or BattleNet, while i heard about competative LoL from LoL directly and their website. Also what should be noted is that in eSports just like in normal sports, team games get alot more viewers than solo games, i mean Tennis and golf and some other solo sports cant really match football, NFL, NBA. You think Starcraft 2 has less than 1.2 million players? What.. 3,100,066 according to sc2ranks, but there are lots of people with more than 1 account. Anyways even if SC2 has more players that doesnt change the other facts that i mentioned in previous post.

Going 1-1-1 all in cross pos meta vs Grubby? wtf Tbf, that all-in is still pretty powerful in those positions. He probably thinks Grubby won't be able to hold it. It is for sure, but Kas routinely crushes Grubby in a macro game, hell it's where his strengths lie after all. Just seems like a really odd choice when the positions lend themselves to his strongest quality (and Grubby's weakest), and he doesn't abuse it.
