No other protoss would suicide 2 collosi because of building placement. None.
Not a lot of other protoss can go toe-to-toe with Idra in a macro game.
Grubby has some work, but he's not terribad. Plus he is rapidly improving considering he just switched (as with SaSe, who I guess picked up the game a lot more quickly)
Ret in 6 months (the same time provided to Grubby) already had his name mentioned as being a favorite in top tournaments. Grubby is mentioned today as hopefully being able to win one game....as much as I hate to say it, Grubby is not improving quickly at all.
