excluding the never ending "oh i love this play" im really starting to dig the commentary.
unfortunately, justinTV and its player are giving me a bit of trouble sometimes. screen freezes, framerate drops and slow loading videos are rather a rule than an exception (at least for me).
nevertheless the league presents a lot of awesome games.
the production isn't flashy, that's not a bad thing itself, but at the end of the day, it could use some of the flashiness of the GSL for example to attract new viewers.
cool rock music and player introdcution videos (and flames!) can turn even the simplest production into an awesome show.
i seriously hope the NASL is making profits. im hoping this for esport as a whole.
keep it up, NASL staff!

Really? I think the banter and in-jokes are just over the top now. They've actually become less professional rather than more so. The analysis has definitely improved (keep Khaldor for all ZvZ games still please!) but the style has gone down hill. I think they peaked in overall performance at the end of week one/beginning of week two. I also think Incontrol commentates a bit too much like a coach (X should do this, Y should have done this type stuff) when he should be focusing on what is actually going on or what the players are likely to do in a given position. I also don't like the complete collapse in enthusiasm when one player is clearly in an unassailable lead but the game still has a few minutes to play out. They need to find something to get excited about in those instances. Taking a leaf out of Husky's commentating playbook might help here.
I like the production though. The highlight moments in the pre-show are nice, though muting the sound from the highlight and having Incontrol and Gretorp talk about it live instead of just showing it would be better. I'd like to see a bit more about the overall state of the competition. After 3 weeks it would be nice to see the tables shown and discussed for each division. I also think a weekly summary show would be excellent, describing the results, the overall standings and maybe showing parts of 1 or 2 'games of the week'. Particularly for those of us who don't have time to watch every game at the moment. To attract bigger audiences SC2 'shows' need to move away from relying on TL and other forums and websites to communicate what's going on. A casual viewer should be able to get all the information they need from just watching the show itself.
