I think they did, but I also think they didnt restream other parts of it like some of the earlier matches.

this is correct, they are skipping this weekend simply because MLG is happening at the same time. TSL3 will be back as normal next weekend.

MLG, TSL and NASL. North American SC2 is out of control in april.
I have huge problems finding when the matches are in CET though.

And there is no way to watch games... I mean, matches, I mean pools, that were casted without being there live, I mean, live plus or minus one hour since that's when you are allowed to rewind, thus not watching it live?
