The final battle is lying ahead of us all. Who will reign Starcraft 2, who will be the sad loser, upset or surprise? Hence my final prediction blog for this season.

In paranthesis, my predictions
MC 3-0 San (3-1)
Although the score is one map closer than my expectation, the games were equally one-sided. San was by no means a downfall, he played very good and the games were entertaining and competed, but MC never looked like he was really contested at any point and won convincingly, being the overall favourite for the tournament obviously after being the only pre-season favourite that actually performed well.
July 3-1 anypro (2-3)
These games were so tense, I bit off every single one of my fingernails. Which is natural to the playstyle July has, these games are so close and climatic, entertainment is granted. From an analysis perspective, although July is computable to the amount that you know he will start aggression at some point and not stop until he or you is dead, you don't know where it begins and this aswell was too much for anypro, as July began the series with a 6 pool and stayed at this pace.

Overall, MC is the favourite, I guess nobody would contradict that, but July showed that you have to watch out for him. With his unique style, he reinvented Zerg somehow, and I can't wait until these two titans battle it out. MC dominated July in the group stages, but this is long ago...
MC < Metalopolis > July
I expect July taking Metalopolis. This map suits his aggression style, expos are wide open, and he can do different styles here. MC will be prepared for a crazy all in, but July senses his moment.
MC < Crevasse > July
Much likely MCs map. As the map is very very big, and Protoss can establish a reasonable map control, I expect July to try some aggressive stuff but MC will fend it off and just bring the map home.
MC < Terminus RE > July
The map of dreams for this match in my eyes. We can expect either a superaggressive high economy from either players in close position, or a mega macro game on cross, either way, spectator wins. MC will take both of these chances though.
MC < Crossfire SE > July
Flanking and counterattacking looks very interesting on this map, and July will have something totally nuts prepared, I expect him to take this map.
MC < Shakuras Plateau > July
This might be MCs map of dreams, he will prepare a deadly 2 base or 3 base timing push that will take out July and set him up for match point.
MC < Scrap Station > July
July 6 pooled anypro here, so MC will be prepared for aggression. Nevertheless, July will not disband his attitude on Scrap Station, will prepare a 2 base allin of some fashion, and eventually run out of money, leaving MC as the GSL Champion.
