Do you think he can become as good with his new race? How long do you think it would take to become competitive after a change like this? What do you think of the way he changed (testing zerg on the ladder, thread displaying his progress)? Thanks,

(He just announced in the thread about him learning zerg that he is switching after the tourneys he is in now are over.) Do you think he can become as good with his new race? Thanks, People are free to do what they want I guess... but as a "professional" and given the reasons I've heard from him his decision was stupid. Why spend all that time mastering and winning with a race only to switch because people complain too much about how weak it is etc? That seems incredibly unimportant to what actually matters.. results. That said if he truly was bored with T then this was necessary for survival. SC2 can be a life but if you don't enjoy it you won't succeed.

I know that you don't see Baneling usage a ton against Protoss (a situation where I definitely think more "worthless" bodies in the way is a good thing.) but it just seems like hallucinate is something that really doesn't see a lot of use outside of phoenix scouting or something.

I like to think that they could be used a lot more than people use them (and I'm not talking crazy shenanigans like 13+ Colossus hallucinations.) But what about just using a bunch of hallucinated zealots or something as a meat shield or even to just fill up space against an opponents forces? Hallucination along with warp prisms are the most underused P units that will be unlocked as the game goes on. I certainly think they have a place. Especially for like fake tech switches, scouting or meat shield tactics. Banelings should be used more against P btw.

Also, how should banelings be used in ZvP? I always feel like they would be too slow and too weak (hp) to be effective in ZvP, since P and blink, go up cliffs, force field, and so forth.
